Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.

· Manage and optimize logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.

· Optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize lead times and costs, ensuring on-time product delivery.

· Implement effective warehouse management practices to streamline inventory handling, storage, and order fulfillment processes.

· Conduct regular analysis of supply chain metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

· Oversee inventory management, demand forecasting, and procurement strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing risks and costs.

· Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer demands to proactively address supply chain challenges.

· Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and agility.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management.

· Strong understanding of logistics, distribution, import/export requirements, and customs practices.

· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team, foster collaboration, and achieve results.

· Strong collaboration and communication skills and capacity to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

· Proficiency in supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and demand forecasting.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Plan and coordinate the daily operations of the Hospital’s Outpatient Services to ensure efficiency and effective use of resources
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize workflows, enhance patient care processes and service quality
• Prepare and review policies, procedures and work instructions for clinical processes to facilitate patient safety and quality care
• Utilise IT systems to analyze data, prepare presentation and reports

• Lead the team of Outpatient Service Associates (OPSAs) to attain service and operational excellence

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in managing outpatient service operations
• Proficient in MS office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data management
• Knowledge of clinical systems (SAP, EPIC and Clinic Assist) will be an advantage
• Possess good knowledge of healthcare financing schemes (e.g., Healthier SG, CHAS, Medisave and /or ILTC subsidies)
• Pleasant disposition, strong interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
• Strong planning, organization and coordination skills. Have experience in data analysis
• A team player who is meticulous, result focused and manages pressure well

To support, maintain and execute studio / production office services and operational procedures, as well as to be groomed to handle all aspects of production.

Good command of English (other languages are a plus) and willing to be groomed towards being an on-ground Production Manager or Business Manager (assisting in production, only as and when required – some production experience will be a plus, and training will be provided to successful candidates). Production Manager will also be trained in all aspects of production and post-production (no post-production experience required as training will be provided to successful candidates) and additional production workflow training and up-skilling will be provided to successful candidates after the probation period.
