The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the review, negotiation, drafting, implementation and maintaining the contracts within the organization. • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with contract terms and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Provide legal advice and support to functional units including drafting of contracts, negotiation, and contracts documents administration.
• Liaise with internal and external lawyers for dispute resolution.
• Drafting contractual letters to the Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors on Extension of time claims, etc.
• Maintain detailed records of all contract-related activities and provide regular reports to senior management on contract status, risks, and issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
