Job Description
· The Sales Executive reports directly to the Sales Manager. The role is mainly to assist the BIM Manpower Department in prospecting for new customers and bringing new sales opportunities
· Prospect potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
· Make presentations to senior managers and decision-makers
· Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions
· Draft and deliver BIM manpower proposals
· Prepare BIM service specifications for clients
· Keep track, follow up on manpower contracts and invoice payments
· Prepare Weekly Reports on sales activity
· Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation
· Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
· Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to develop improve sales tools
· Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
Requirements
· 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
· Experience with customer relationship management
· Good organization and project management skills
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to strategically monitor progress, and ensure results are achieved as planned
· Team player: you cooperate and pitch in for help, you work as a problem solver, you communicate constructively, you listen actively, you are an active participant to the team, you are flexible and adjust to changes
