We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Test Manager to lead and drive the quality assurance processes for innovative projects. In this role, you will define and implement robust testing strategies to ensure that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Planning:
  Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for new and existing applications.

Job Summary

The regional marketing manager is responsible for the development of strategic marketing plans for the assigned business units in CASAJ region. This role will also be responsible for implementing global marketing campaigns within the CASAJ region. The role requires strong collaboration between internal stakeholders as well as key opinion leaders to develop and execute product launches. As Language Manager for the Vietnamese speaking market, you will be involved in ensuring that we deliver a great user experience to our international audience through high quality translations. • Reviewing, editing and/or translating high visibility UI content and high priority long form content of Meta family of apps and other core experiences in English-to-Vietnamese

Minimum Qualifications

• Vietnamese language is required to communicate efficiently with our translation vendor teams, cross-functional teams, and occasionally, with our end-users in Vietnam.
• 3+ years of experience in English-to-Vietnamese translation, product UI localization, linguistic reviews and translation quality management is required for monitoring the Vietnamese translation quality for all our products, and making appropriate decisions for necessary changes to improve it.
• Experience in creating and/or maintaining linguistic assets for Vietnamese translation (e.g. terminology, style guides etc.) is required for being able to guide our translation vendor teams and reviewers in ensuring consistency, accuracy and appropriateness of Vietnamese translation on the Meta family of apps.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese culture, society and current trends is required to ensure that the tone and style of our Vietnamese translation is appropriate for millions of our end-users who are in vietnam.

• Cross-selling & Upselling: Collaborate with Category Managers to promote special offers and cross-sell/up-sell additional products and services from within the existing inventory. Use data and market insights to create tailored solutions for clients.
• Promote Special Offers & Product Lines: Leverage inventory and sales guidelines set by Category Managers to ensure relevant and timely promotions are effectively communicated and promoted to clients, boosting sales opportunities.
• CRM Management: Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets through CRM systems. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for reporting and forecasting.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and provide input on business development opportunities.
• Reporting & Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities, customer acquisition, and account retention. Provide regular reports to senior management on business development performance and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven Sales Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management with a strong focus on new business acquisition and outdoor sales in a B2B environment.
• Experience in Tender Management: Proven track record of managing and winning large tenders, with the ability to manage multiple, high-priority opportunities simultaneously.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships, providing personalized service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Sales & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional sales skills with a track record of exceeding targets, securing new business, and closing deals in competitive environments.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket or vehicle/engine repair workshop space, and an understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer needs.

The opportunity

Our Financial Services Transaction Diligence team aims to assist clients throughout the entire transaction process, and works closely with other specialists across EY. Whilst traditional financial due diligence is a key element of our work, transaction support is much broader, incorporating assistance with strategic assessment, transaction management, negotiation and documentation, and post-completion processes.

Typically, you will analyse the financial results of financial services companies (e.g. banks, insurers, asset manager and FinTechs) targeted for investment by reviewing financial information and conducting interviews with key management of the company. You will work effectivelyas a team member by demonstrating your commitment to quality, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress. You will work on opportunities across ASEAN and occasionally across APAC.

You will also help to create a positive learning culture for junior team members and support their development. And as part of your role in the wider team, you will have a role to play in other team initiatives – for example, account management, business development and recruitment of new teammates.

Your key responsibilities

• Understand the key business drivers, co-developing our approach with the client, agreeing value measurements with the client, providing value to the client through insights, factual conclusions and advice
• Gather, verify and analyse information, and formulate views
• Plan, prepare and review deliverables in various forms including excel databooks, written reports, presentations and discussions with the client
• Plan and monitor the progress of the team
• Work closely with all members as well as forming strong internal links within transaction support and other departments in EY both in the ASEAN and Asia-pacific to form multi-disciplinary teams
• Understand the capabilities of the firm and look for opportunities to sell additional services to our clients

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualified
• Commercial awareness gained through direct experience of the financial services sector (either from within an Audit or Transaction Support role)
• Strong academic record
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Strong word, excel and PowerPoint skills

Ideally, you also have

• Prior experience of working on mergers and acquisitions
• Experience gained within another large professional services organization covering the Financial Services industry
• Experience in ASEAN
