About the job

Your role involves:

• Managing IT demands from senior business stakeholders - setting and managing their expectations, identifying needs and providing solutions. This includes participating in the executive board meeting, collaborating closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other executive board members
• Providing IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap. This includes driving IT digitalization initiatives, identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation.
• Managing the IT (Infrastructure & Security, Application, Data and etc) team, ensuring that the IT Operations runs smoothly
• Establish clear IT and Technology-related policies/guidelines and processes to safeguard data integrity and governance

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have At least 10 years of Managerial experience with at least 3 years of experience as an overall Head of IT/Technology for a sizable IT team. Security and data experience is required for this role.

Strong stakeholder management at C-level with exceptional influencing skills to gather buy-in from various business stakeholders.

Exposure to translating IT digitalization ( AI or RPA ) trends into technology investment for organization that is suitable for adoption will be of added advantage

Reporting directly to the head of IT infrastructure, your responsibility includes:

• Ensuring smooth delivery of IT network (LAN,WAN, SD WAN) services, ensuring that internal SLA has been met
• Managing external vendors for smooth delivery of Infrastructure services, ensuring external SLA has been met
• Ensure infrastructure changes, authorization request and bug fixes are applied by vendors as per business requirements without disruption of service, in compliance with defined IT policies and procedure
• Designing network Blueprint and roadmaps.
• Managing the IT Network team across the region, this include assigning and reviewing of work

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in network (LAN,WAN, Cisco devices and etc). Proven track record in managing a team is required for this role.

Proven track record of working in end user on a regional role will be of added advantage.

Exposure to cloud - Azure or AWS will be highly preferred.

Job Duties

• Ensuring a high level of quality in the services and deliverables provided by the company
• Involved in the quality assurance and service level agreement of maintenance projects
• Actively assisting maintenance customers to monitor issues, changes, and handle queries they have
• Work with the technical team to ensure that all fixes for maintenance projects are delivered on time
• Manage and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Liaising with clients to discuss and identify their project requirements
• Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems that arises during project delivery
• Actively engaging customers to find out their level of satisfaction with the services provided
• Initiate processes to improve the service level provided by the company
• Analyze, remove, and proactively prevent roadblocks across team to meet quality standards, project milestones, and business objectives
• Ensure project output consistently meets requirements and standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in IT Software or related field.
• Certifications in Project Management are advantageous.
• Working knowledge in MS Office, Project Management and Visio.
• Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
