• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, acting as the liaison between IT and business units.

Innovation and Emerging Technologies:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Over 8 years of experience leading IT teams and managing IT operations, including ERP, CRM, and business applications (preferably Microsoft platform).
• 3-5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data analytics, focusing on cloud-based AI/ML workloads (Azure).
• Expertise in data governance, modeling, and security, with hands-on experience in Data Lakes and Data Warehouses.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure (both on-premise and cloud) and transitioning to cloud environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, regulatory compliance (GDPR, PCI), and risk management best practices.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing service delivery.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and IT budgets.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and experience in AI/ML model development, automation, and cloud services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interfacing with senior leadership.
