As the Restaurant Manager for a fine casual restaurant in a multi-faceted hospitality venue, you'll be responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant and drive the profitably of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the restaurant's day-to-day operations to ensure excellent performance.
• Partner with the General Manager to establish clear business goals and objectives, tracking progress through defined OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
• Lead your team to achieve both commercial and non-commercial targets.
• Set and uphold operational standards, ensuring consistency across the restaurant.
• Align your team with the restaurant's mission and values while maintaining quality, hygiene, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, licensing laws, and safety standards for both guests and employees.
• Develop tailored staff growth plans that align with the needs of the business.
• Implement effective training programs for venue staff.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Food and Beverage/Hospitality Management
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a formal, or fine casual restaurant in a management capacity.
• Proven experience in managing/driving the profitability of the restaurant.
• Strong communications and leadership skills
• Penchant for people development and invested to build a team for the long term.
• Involvement in reservations and understanding of Revenue Management processes.
• Thrives in large scale operation and high volume operation.
• Detailed knowledge of culinary trends.

•Reviewing and analysing sales, inventory, and other performance data to

measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement

•Creating and improving standard operating procedures for service and product preparation

•Ensuring compliance with licensing laws pertaining to the service of food and beverage, public / employee safety and food safety

•Supervise the effective control of food & beverages, labour cost and budget to

ensure effective operational

•Managing manpower schedules, staff development and comply with service standards and SOP

• Working closely with the Marketing department on sales and promotions

• Work closely with R&D chefs for new product development

• Conduct investigation and perform trouble shooting to resolve quality issues

•Suggest and recommend improvements to the running of the restaurant

Responsibilities:

• Able to handle multiple job sites / projects
• Able to liaise with factory carpenters carpentry production works
• Able to communicate fluently with client’s representative, landlord and authorities
• Able to conduct proper inspection for takeover and handover job site on time
• Conducting regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and coordinating with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors
• Work closely with QS on all material ordering
• Assist the Project Director with additional Project Management responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in reading both ID and M&E drawings, including of ironing out discrepancies in drawings
• Experience in detailing installation works, both ID and M&E
• Experience in restaurant renovation will be an added advantage
• Candidates over 5 years project management or civil experience is an advantage.
• Be willing to work onsite and night for commercial projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Quickly learning ability.
• Good English and Chinese skill (Listening, oral, read and writing). Can communicate in speaking and writing.
