Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and optimization of database servers (such as MySQL and MariaDB) and operating systems (including Linux and Windows) for our remote monitoring systems.
• Develop and implement software using Python for machine learning analysis of sensor data from our equipment, aiming to improve data-driven decision-making processes.
• Collaborate on projects, monitor system performance, troubleshoot emerging issues, and engage in continuous learning.
• Any ad-hoc IT-related assignments.

• Support and maintain company servers, workstations and related IT equipment. Including support and configuration of software and provision of assistance to corporate clients
• Attend to service calls on the go.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform 1st level technical support which includes troubleshooting and maintenance of computer systems, servers, switches and routers, printers, network storage systems etc.

• Provide helpdesk function to users
• Support system engineers in various daily, weekly and monthly preventive tasks.

Requirement
