Job Responsibilities:

• Leads the technical team to support construction team for all design matters
• Reviews all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works
• Works closely with the appointed Consultants and construction team on designs and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability
• Leads on the design approval from the Authority/Agency including URA,BCA,LTA,PUB etc for the Project works
• Manages design approval process in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues
• Ensures strict compliance of the design in accordance with the contractual requirements
• Ensures the distribution of all the approved and latest drawings and other relevant documents to the relevant parties
• Leads the technical team to work closely with in-house BIM team and resolves all clarifications on technical requirements pertaining to the Project works
• Identifies and highlights to Management and project team of any potential risks or issues that will impact Project performance
• Prepares and presents design progress status and slides to Management, project team and Client as and when required.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines (i.e Architectural, MEP, BIM etc.) on design to ensure delivery of high quality outcome
• Supports tender team and prepares technical tender documents as per specifications for bidding of civil and structural engineering projects as and when assigned
• Attends Progress Meeting, Technical Meetings, Coordination Meetings, Site Meetings, etc.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance brand equity. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans ( E-commerce & key channels) for our core brand, developing brands and new brands.
• Work with our team of Key Account Managers to launch and manage Advertising and Promotion campaigns for the entire year ANP plan.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape with findings for key risks and drivers for growing new brands.
• Collaborate with Procurement teams to develop in-house brands from product development phase, source and negotiate new brands with external Principal, develop test launch with key Account managers at Channels and growing all brands through yearly trade marketing.
• Set and manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI across all brands.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising and promotion to ensure consistency in strategies implementation and review for improvement in sales.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Build, maintain strong relationships with external partners such as advertising agencies and media outlets to employ their services to support Advertising and Promotional Campaign to advise Principal and Channel partners.
• Ensure all brand communications are consistent with the brand’s voice, values, and positioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA welcome.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market research techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Administrative Matters

• Prepare and maintain an updated inventory listing of ingredients, packaging materials, and kitchen equipment, and submit it to the Accounts Department.
• Manage pending invoices and ensure timely updates in the Procurement System.
• Review orders from restaurant partners and categorize requests to streamline production scheduling.
• Prepare and submit petty cash claims related to kitchen and production expenses.
• Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks necessary for business operations.

Logistics-related Matters

• Ensure all bakery products and restock items are prepared and ready before scheduled deliveries.
• Conduct regular stock checks for key ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies; place orders for items that are below par.
• Review and distribute production orders for the kitchen team and delivery schedules for the drivers.
• Coordinate ad-hoc delivery bookings with third-party drivers or logistics partners as required.
• Maintain the Food Hygiene Certification File and verify that all food handlers have valid and up-to-date certifications.
