Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and multitasking Admin Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee various departments and ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration. This role requires excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. In-House Sales Department: Oversee and guide the team in generating quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and performing data entry tasks.
   Ensure that the sales team is meeting objectives and following operational procedures.
   
2. QAQC Department: Supervise and guide the team in document and certificate monitoring to ensure compliance with quality standards.
   Coordinate certification audits and maintain high standards of quality assurance.
   
3. Account Department: Review and monitor monthly accounts to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
   Ensure the timely submission of GST, CPF, and other required reports.
   
4. Warehouse Management: Supervise and manage stock in and out procedures, maintaining accurate inventory control and records.
   Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including storage, stock management, and distribution.
   
5. Import and Export Operations: Oversee the management of import and export activities, ensuring timely processing of goods.
   Coordinate with relevant parties for customs clearance, shipments, and logistics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to handle various tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of in-house sales, warehouse management, accounting procedures, and import/export operations.
• Proven experience in document control, certificate monitoring, and QAQC processes.

Job Description

• Managing 4 to 5 design projects concurrently in Yards (including China)

• Providing overall leadership for the project while maintaining a focus on achieving targets efficiently

ORGANISATION

This role reports directly to the Managing Director based in Singapore and will be in charge of driving growth of new equipment sales, spare parts and services in an assigned region in Southeast Asia.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales management: Influence, shape and implement the sales and marketing strategy with a particular focus on key assigned markets. Originate and close opportunities to develop new market segments, product groups and channels.

Account management and marketing: Build and develop established relationships with key customers such as shipyards and owners, and technical consultants. Lead all business development and marketing activities to achieve sustainable profitable growth.

Strategy planning: Take a proactive support role to plan and prepare the annual budget and sales forecasts and execute specific plans to meet the target. Regular provision of information for planning and forecast via sales force

Operational management: Align sales with factory’s manufacturing capacity. Work in close cooperation with all key functions and help to maximize the capabilities of the business. Manages sales process, coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with technical team, internal functions, other involved professionals and management.

YOUR PROFILE

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably in Marine, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical field.

· You have a strong and successful sales experience of around 5 to 10 years in marine industry, preferably selling capital equipment’s.

· You are a strong networker and to-the-point communicator who is able to build and maintain a solid internal and external network.

· You have good interpersonal skills and can interact easily and influence all levels of stakeholders.

· You are result driven and persistent to drive towards company targets.

· You are willing to travel in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Overall control and responsibility for the designated project.
• To establish, monitor and update all Project plans, budgets, programmes and resources requirements
• To establish the Project tendering procedures and conditions, structuring of contract packages and appointment, administration and payment of all subcontractors and suppliers.
• To identify, report and update the Contract changes and modifications to the relevant parties.
• To ensure the financial standing of the Contract is maintained at all times and reporting in line with Company Policy and that all opportunities are taken to minimize cost,
• To direct and manage the performances of responsibilities delegated to the subordinate staff employed in the Project.
• To coordinate all Project support and development of Project staff.
• To ensure the Project safety and environmental protection are in compliance with Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Acts and Site Safety Plan.
• To ensure the quality of works delivered is in accordance with the design and QA/QC Plan.
• To maintain professional relationship with Owner, Client, Consultant and Local Authorities.
• To ensure that all relevant notifications to the Client are delivered in the current form and within the necessary time frame.
• To monitor performance of subordinate staff employed in the Project and to identify deficiency and initiate both training on and off site for the development of the staff.
• To promote good morale, team spirit, industrial relations and enforce discipline where necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management
• At least 10 years of experience in construction
