The association was established in 1993 to promote the use of franchising, licensing and branding as a growth strategy for Singapore enterprises. Responsibilities include:

Marketing

• To give brief, shortlist and manage selected vendors.
• In charge of managing FLA social media platforms & ensuring regular engagement
• In charge of content for all social media postings (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant)
• Conceptualise & design marketing/communication collaterals (i.e. emailers, social media posts, video clips, brochures, newsletters, etc)
• In charge of content building for company’s website
• Familiar with editorial, paid advertising, PR, SEM & SEO
• To research & propose additional outreach channels to boost FLA’s branding and activities uptake

Membership:

• Incharge of upkeeping membership database; updating all datas (contacts, payment, engagement records, feature page on website, etc)
• Incharge of suggesting & implementing membership promotions; incharge of onboarding new members
• Incharge of membership engagements/account management (supported by fellow secretariats) and promoting FLA activities to members (under your account and via mass marketing channels)
• Support colleague on TAC/societies partnerships (i.e. co-organise franchise related activities/webinars)
• Incharge of organising quarterly members' networking event (with consideration to engage Service Providers members as sponsors where possible)
• Incharge of weekly members' feature business opportunity eDM

Other functions/roles

• To intentionally drive advertising and sponsorship via FLA website and events/activities
• General administrations incl invoicing, payment follow-ups
• Support role for other FLA activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity and passionate in association/members’ engagement functions
• At least 5 years experience in marketing
• Exceptional marketing communication, writing (content curation) and interpersonal skills
• Savvy in social media and marketing platforms for events publicity

The Business Development Manager, is a progressive, on-the-spot, critical thinker who will apply their experience and education to support the rapid growth of TES by driving new client relationships based in APACJAP.

Position Summary

• Participate in development of combined market segment and geographic plan across APACJAP.
• Participate in and perform analysis of opportunities, potential client needs and fit to TES's capabilities and network.
• Work with management to develop and execute market strategies for target market segments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Treasury Initiatives and Projects

• Support the rollout of Inhouse Bank Project for the Group.
• Support bank account rationalisation and streamline bank requirements by working closely with the Shared Services Centre.
• Identify areas for paperless initiatives and liaise with the banks for implementation.
• Responsible for tracking the progress of Treasury projects, follow up closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner.
• Support any new Treasury initiatives and projects as assigned.

Treasury Operations

• Support loan management, fixed deposit placements, foreign exchange deals etc for the Group
• Support bank documentation, bank mandates, Know-Your-Client -related matters etc with banks
• Support the maintenance of Treasury databases
• Support the management of electronic banking access, and host-to-host connectivity with the banks
• Perform cashflow forecasting
• Support any other treasury operations matters as and when required

Treasury Policies, Procedures and Guidelines

• Develop new treasury policies, procedures and guidelines and ensure compliance.
• Maintain and review the Group treasury policies and guidelines to ensure relevance periodically.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business/Economics, ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Treasury or in related Finance management capacity
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, good business acumen to maintain strong internal and external relationships
• Ability to see and identify issues and be resourceful in finding solutions
• Accountable, willing to take ownership of tasks and follow up on deliverables
• Good project management skill
• Good team player and independent
• Experience with SAP ERP system and advanced skills in application programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Suite)

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Plan and direct the organisation’s strategic and long-range goals.
• Design/Revise the organisation’s business strategies and long-range goals through plan-do-check-act activities.
• Drive regular business reviews, conduct proactive data analysis on all metrics, including monthly targets, financials, budgets, staff, audit reports, etc.
• Strategic planning including the development of strategic plans, associated research, analysis, and presentation.

Job Requirements:

Highly Required:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution majoring in business, finance, accounting, marketing, economics or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first level end user support including troubleshooting, escalation of the issues to vendors, applying upgrade/patches to Desktop/Laptop, software, and hardware installation.

• Provide a prompt and appropriate technical advice to Sales and Operation Personnel on their waste management enquiry which includes waste handling procedure and costing

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage and grow suite of Cyber Security products, technical services and other related services.
• To drive service creation and service quality enhancement of its products and to increase market share and profitability by continuous product enhancements, operation improvements, and product marketing and pricing strategies.

• Create and maintain the business cases for strategic pricing and non-standard terms and conditions

1. Lead the Finance Team

2. Prepare financial management reports, Management Accounts every month for review for both Singapore and Malaysia companies

3. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and external parties to ensure relevant statutory compliance

4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Companies Act, tax regulations and other regulatory requirements

5. Experienced and good in handling withholding tax and GST.

6. Assist in stock reconciliation, consignment billing

7. Manage and process office payroll as well as to ensure that monthly payroll processes run smoothly.

8. Follow up with new application and renewal of insurance policies.

9. Assist and review transfer pricing report

10. Perform cash collection and petty cash disbursement

11. Handle HR administration tasks (i.e application of work permit, survey, recruitment)

12. Assist in any adhoc function and related duties as and when assigned by management

Requirements:

1. Minimum degree in Accounting or Finance with 4 years of relevant experience, at last 2 years in supervisory role.

2. Audit experience would be an advantage

3. Excellent communication and analytical skills with good command in English, Bahasa Malay and Mandarin

4. Possess good leadership and interpersonal qualities, highly motivated with a strong sense of integrity

5. Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications
