Key accountability (Main purpose of this job):

Reporting to the Head of Technology, the IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager will oversee the school's IT infrastructure, network services, and desktop support operations. This individual will ensure a secure, reliable, and high-performing technology environment that supports the educational, administrative, and extracurricular needs of students, faculty, and staff. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management, preferably in an education environment.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.

• The IT Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for supporting company users in utilizing the IT applications to execute their business functions.

About the Opportunity
