Job Description
Women’s health and family forming benefits
o Lead on Maven Clinic benefit and Employee Membership Support
HR projects
o Regional project support and/or lead.
Recruitment
o Overall responsibility to ensure regional recruitment runs efficiently, working
with the HR coordinator.
On-boarding
o Oversight to ensure joiners are properly processed/inducted.
o Ensuring the HR coordinator is supported in their efforts where needed.
Off-boarding
o Lead support on all regional terminations, working closely with Head of HR
and General Counsel.
o Overall responsibility to ensure leavers are properly closed off, working with
the HR coordinator.
Learning and development
o Regional support for head of L&TD where required.
Compensation
o Regional payroll inputting and overall responsibility for correct HR input into
the payroll team.
o Regional lead for support team salary benchmarking.
Benefits
o Regional expert in benefits plans – main point of contact for escalation issues.
o Regional renewal of benefits plans.
Employee relations
o Building up relationships and checking in with colleagues locally through HR
team partnering model.
o Conflict management and resolution support.
Legal and policies
o In conjunction with the EMEA HR manager and legal, assist with the review
and maintenance/compliance with local HR policies and procedures.
o Regular reviews of relevant employment law and local HR compliance.
Other
o Back up support to HR managers in other regions.
Global mobility
o Regional responsibility for successful moves.
