Responsibilities The role involves organizing a team to develop Structured finance Corporate Lending systems (covering Risk and Legal Technology) modules, supervising activities, implementing best practices, planning and prioritizing work, identifying risks, reporting issues, adhering to bank norms and standards, participating in governance, monitoring customer satisfaction, and evaluating staff skills. The role also involves staff appraisals, mobility, career development, HR management, AgileSecDevOps practices, continuous project improvement, and supervising 3rd Level Support Activities for production applications. Requirements Ideal experience would be of Structured finance Corporate Lending/ Credit. Project management involves overseeing all phases of a project, including production delivery, advising sponsors on solutions, and ensuring quality. It involves cost estimation, staff recruitment, and organization. Management ensures staff motivation and career management, and reviews objectives every three months.
