Job Descriptions:

The Candidate must possess experience in providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for applications. Have demonstrated the ability to perform the following:

• Grant access rights for user accounts via requests raised in a ticketing system
• Assist with system testing and verifications following infrastructure changes and system patches.
