• Risk management. Understand and anticipate risks on the project and dependencies.

• Communication – ensure relevant stakeholders are proactively kept informed throughout the project duration.
• Facilitate collaboration and discussions across teams.
• Manage Senior stakeholders and communicate effectively and professionally.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager managing enterprise-wide complex information systems development.
• Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience in coordination between the IT business lines and IT team (various locations) and ability to work as part of a virtual team in a culturally diverse background.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development life-cycle (SDLC).
• Field experience in managing medium to large-sized projects (iterative or agile).
• Ability to anticipate risks
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong experience working with Microsoft Office tools (including MS Project).
• Domain knowledge around payments, SWIFT messages, ISO 20022, reconciliation, and back-office settlement is highly appreciated.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong IT audit background, and a desire to provide IT audit services in various industries.

You will be provided the opportunity to interact with senior management as well as the opportunity to enhance your skills in the areas of technical competency, business development, client service and people development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, plan, coordinate, and perform audits of general and application information technology controls to support statutory audits.
• Conduct IT audits of both financial and other systems as part of internal audit services for clients, including audits over both system development and data management procedures.
• Review IT control design and operating effectiveness.
• Assess the risks associated with a company's information technology systems, as part of statutory audit and internal audit.
• Recommend design and implementation procedures to mitigate these risks.
• Extract and process different types of datasets for analysis and audit tests.
• Support the IT audit team with project management tasks.
• Prepare detailed working papers and supporting documents.
• Report key findings and outcomes of the assessment of the business and IT risk environment and its related controls.
• Communicate audit findings to management and other stakeholders (Audit Committee).

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT
• At least 5-6 years’ experience in IT audits and security management, including at least 1 year of ITGC audit manager experience.
• Professional qualifications such as CISA or other IT security certifications.
• Able to appreciate business process issues and understand business transaction scenarios, and how an application system can support them
• Basic understanding of ERP configurations e.g., SAP, Oracle, Navision.
• Good appreciation of fundamental accounting knowledge and/or audit knowledge and financial controls
• Good grasp of IT technical concepts, e.g., Operating Systems (Unix, Windows, OS/400, etc), Databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Logical thinking, good attitude, fast learner and good team player
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
