Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced IT Contract Specialist to review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers for various Bank initiatives.
• The role involves close collaboration with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Group Legal, and IT stakeholders to safeguard the Bank’s interests and optimize supplier value.
• Negotiating and reviewing IT contracts, ensuring compliance with bank policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Providing expert advice on contracts, identifying and mitigating risks, and explaining contract gaps to stakeholders.
• Maintaining strong communication with internal teams to promote a robust risk culture and collaborative decision-making.

Skills/Requirements:

• Contract Negotiation: Expertise in negotiating IT contracts with suppliers.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Group Legal, and IT.
• Risk Management: Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to contracts.
• Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of policies, processes, and guidelines to ensure contract compliance.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain contract details and risks to stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify contract gaps and provide practical solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing contracts and ensuring all terms align with organizational objectives.
• Reporting Structure: Reports to the Sales Manager, adhering to quality and environmental management protocols while contributing to improvement initiatives.
