Your role involves:

• Managing IT demands from senior business stakeholders - setting and managing their expectations, identifying needs and providing solutions. This includes participating in the executive board meeting, collaborating closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other executive board members
• Providing IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap. This includes driving IT digitalization initiatives, identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation.
• Managing the IT (Infrastructure & Security, Application, Data and etc) team, ensuring that the IT Operations runs smoothly

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have At least 10 years of Managerial experience with at least 3 years of experience as an overall Head of IT/Technology for a sizable IT team. Security and data experience is required for this role.

Requirements:

1. Expert in Microsoft BizTalk version 2016 or above.

2. At least 7 to 12 years of development experience in which Minimum 6 years of experience with BizTalk Server, orchestrations, maps, pipelines, port configuration, adapters, performance, and scalability turning, etc.

3. Expertise in microservice frameworks such as SpringCloud, Play + Consul + Kong, and SSM + Dubbo + ZK.

4. Expertise in OpenAPI, Nginx, Dubbo, Nacos, Redis, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, RocketMq, ElasticJob, Ignite Cache, SharddingDB, OAuth2, and Alibaba Cloud services (OTS, ONS, DTS, SLS, RDS, OSS, KMS, MSE, K8S). Skilled in designing high-performance, distributed microservice systems.

5. Familiar with development tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, Git, MeterSphere, Postman, and collaboration tools like Coding, Google Drive, Yuque, DingTalk, Notion.

6. Familiar with Technologies: Java 17, Dubbo 3.0, Springboot, Spring Security, OAuth2, Zookeeper, Mybatis, Redis, ShardingJDBC, Ignite Cache, ElasticJob, Alibaba Cloud native components (OTS, ONS, DTS, SLS, RDS, OSS, KMS, MSE, K8S)

7. Experience in applying source control management with Github.

8. Proven delivery experience in Agile software development using industry standards like Test-Driven Development, static code analysis, and test automation with high code coverage, coding reviews, CI/CD, feature flags, etc.
Experience in Agile methodologies such as Agile Scrum, Kanban, or any DevOps frameworks.

9. Experience in enterprise software architecture design principles like Clean Architecture and Domain Driven Design.

10. Extensive experience in smart contract development and blockchain technologies pertinent to financial applications.

11. Experience in AWS services - S3, API Gateway, RDS, etc.

12. Ability to speak and write in Chinese as the incumbent requires to liaise with the China HQ counterparts/personnel for work or project related matters.

Responsibilities:

The Deployment Engineer will lead the implementation of modern workplace solutions in ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and integration of cutting-edge technology solutions.

• Project Planning & Execution:
  o Develop and execute deployment plans for modern workplace technologies, including hardware, software, and network solutions.
  o Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to define and achieve project scope and timelines.
• Technology Installation & Configuration:
  o Install, configure, and integrate hardware components such as computers, printers, and networking devices.
  o Deploy and configure modern workplace software solutions, including productivity tools, collaboration platforms, and security applications.
  o Set up and configure network connections, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  o Conduct thorough testing of deployed technologies to ensure functionality, performance, and compatibility.
  o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after deployment.
• User Training & Support:
  o Develop and deliver training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to end-users.
• Documentation & Compliance:
  o Create and maintain documentation of deployment processes, configurations, and system changes.
  o Implement and verify security measures to protect systems and data during deployment.
  o Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Incident Management:
  o Manage incidents related to technology deployments, including system failures and outages.
  
  Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in deploying and configuring modern workplace technologies, with a focus on hardware, software, end user device provisioning, user profile management, policy baseline and implementation, and networking.
• Knowledge of technology deployment processes, hardware installation, software configuration, and network setup.
• Familiarity with modern workplace solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, Intune, Windows Autopilot) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience in project deployment planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate is a plus.
