• Cultivate, manage and maintain new and existing relationships with clients and key channel partners to drive sales of VIGI CCTV products and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Identify new channel opportunities through market research, networking and secure new partnerships to expand the distribution network
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new product and service opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to support the go-to-market strategy
• Analyse sales data and provide insightful reporting to the business
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that promote our CCTV solutions
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in the CCTV or security technology industry
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful channel partnerships, business development, exceptional communication skills
• Deep technical understanding of CCTV systems, security technology, systems and solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters
