We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IT Procurement Operations Senior Manager with expertise in managing procurement systems to join our operations team. Vendor Management:

• Liaise with cloud service provider and vendors to manage service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor relationships.
• Work with vendors to assess, plan, co-ordinate and implement the appropriate technology changes, updates and refresh when products are reaching end-of-life.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in managing IT operations for cloud environment.
• Proven experience in managing cloud-based infrastructure, preferably in a government or regulated environment.
