We are a centrally located boutique firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Recruitment Manager to develop strategic plans and system implementation to support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.
You will be responsible for:
- Supervise, drive, and grow the recruiting team
- Improve on current process and implementing new business processes and procedures
- Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to the management
- Recommend and execute action plans to improve the employer brand
- Coordinate with various departments to forecast future hiring needs
- Building up the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc duties may apply
Requirements
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience (Preferably in the Recruitment Staffing industry)
- Proven work experience in Managerial / Supervisory level
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills and use of data to advice on key business insights
