• Manage compliance requirements with various Commissioner of Charities and ACRA regulations and support updating of firm policies from time to time, working with the external corporate secretariat

Office Coordination

• Manage the lease, including reviewing the office lease from time to time (we currently use a co-working space)
• Act as point of contact for visitors to the Singapore office
• Be the liaison for matters related to IT, work health and safety
• Manage office equipment and supplies

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, and 2 - 3 years in the human resources space
• Proven work experience as a corporate services manager, office manager or a similar role

Responsibilities:

• Keep accurate records of the Company’s financial transactions
• Manage full set of accounts with financial reports, profits & loss, and balance sheets for the group companies
• Assist in managing accounting matters such as budget preparations, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable/accounts payable.
• Participate in audit preparations by coordinating with auditors for financial statements and other finance-related documents in order to comply with accounting and tax legal requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields
• At least 3 years of related experience

The jobholder is responsible for the effective and efficient running of the Home Care Department. He/She is also responsible to ensure that all home care staff provide a patient-centric, personalised, specialised and compassionate care to home care clients’ needs, in accordance with established policies and procedures, standards of nursing care and practices.

Leadership and Management

• Play a leading role as a resource person in an effective way of managing the home care business
• Lead and manage the day to-day operations of the home care department
• Responsible to achieve the set targets in meeting the profitability of the department
• Review existing and develop new home care policies and standard operating procedures as and when the need arise
• Maintain an effective home care nursing operations by initiating and implementing policies
• Conduct home assessment to clients’ residential to determine level of nursing care requirements
• Maintain documentation of client care services and records
• Responsible to prepare for periodic regulatory audit when it’s due

Manpower Management and Development

• Lead and manage a team of care staff, develop their competency and career progression
• Plan proper scheduling for care staff based skill mix and competencies to fulfill client’s requirements and needs
• Motivate and develop care staff for their ongoing upgrade of their skills and knowledge

Resource Management

• Evaluate the effective and efficient use of consumables and supplies
• Maintain and upkeep a proper inventory control with regular inspection and audits

Clinical Quality and Infection Control

• Maintain quality of care by developing and enforcing nursing standards when rendering care to home care clients and sponsors
• Ensure full compliance to nursing, infection control, safety requirements and regulations

Department Operations

• Collaborate with other related departments to ensure smooth operational flow of the Home Care business.
• Sustain strong engagements with clients and manage schedule of homecare services
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to meet overall sales objectives of homecare services

Feedback Management

• Investigate and resolve all feedback and complaints received from all clients or regulatory body
• Assist in any investigation that is escalated to Chief Nurse
• Escalate any unfavourable and unresolved feedback to Chief Nurse

Other Duties

• Assume any other additional responsibilities as assigned by Chief Nurse
• Provide coaching and counselling of staff
• Perform annual appraisal for all staff
• Provide timely submissions of appropriate report to the respective departments
• Maintain good communication skills with clients and sponsors

Requirements

• Locally Trained: Degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Nursing
• State Registered Nurse with valid practicing license issued by the Singapore Nursing Board
• Valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
• At least 8 years of post-registration experience and at least 2 years of home care experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills including understanding on health care system

· Assist to coordinate the development, interpretation and implementation of hotel policies, operating procedures and training programs, manuals, directives, menus, work schedules, rules and regulations for the food and beverage staff.

· Analyze daily reports to check irregularities.

· Proficient with the standards set by the Hotel.

· Conduct random checks to ensure that all standards are being consistently followed in the F&B Division.

· Maintain up-to-date records on food and beverage staff grooming standards, attendance, standards, work and vacation schedules, labor costs, payroll, absenteeism, turnover and disciplinary action.

· Coordinate the selection, purchasing, storage, inventory, maintenance and usage of all related food and beverage supplies and equipment.

· Handle all guest complaints in the food and beverage area and be responsible for obtaining maximum results in the utilization and appearance of the food and beverage areas, the quality levels, performance and standards of service and develop new techniques of service towards maximum guest satisfaction at minimum operating costs.

· Maintain current prices and approved purveyors listed based on quality, service and cost of all related food and beverage items for requisition purposes, store inventories, cost control procedures and forecasts.

· Work closely with local, state and governmental organizations in maintaining highest standards of health, sanitation and cleanliness in food and beverage areas.

· To provide the necessary training to their staff.

· Develop new and analyze existing procedures and special promotions that will improve guest loyalty under the guidelines of the Hotel policies.

· Develop and maintain effective communications between all operating departments.

· Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Director, Food & Beverage.

Conduct daily F&B Meeting to discuss guests in house & arrival, F&B revenue updates, operational challenges and ways to improve.
