As MineSec continues to grow, we’re in search of an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The role is with the mission to support the growth of MineSec business, explore new business opportunities and achieve business target.
The role will report to VP, Sales and Business Development.
Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain relationships with the stakeholders including clients, card schemes companies and partners
· Work with internal teams such as the Marketing and Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
· Plan and execute sales and business development strategies as defined
· Meet and exceed KPIs and business development targets
· Possess deep knowledge of business product offerings and value propositions
· Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
· Manage and acquire strong sales pipelines through business development activities
· Be a brand ambassador and always reflect company values
· As the business development lead for ASEAN and GCNA region to acquire new clients and partner, the candidate should take new business development activities for some new markets when needed
· Engage with the network schemes and initiate business and solution ideas with them
· Participate in trade shows and events to engage clients and partners
· Work with the Product team to design the GTM strategy of new offerings and products of the company
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in BA, or IT or Equivalent
· Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities in English. Proficiency in other Asian Languages is a plus
· Strong understanding of B2B sales fundamentals
· Strong knowledge of payment ecosystem especially credit card offline and online payment
· Passionate about FinTech and Payment technology
· Good understanding of payment security standards such as PCI
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks
· Self-motivated team player – able to work independently as well as partnering with, and managing multiple stakeholders.
· Can-do attitude
· Min 5 years solid experience in payment industry and good track record in business development
· Ability to talk to C-Level management
· With regional exposure in Asian Countries
