As a Product Manager - Vice President within our International Private Banking Operations team, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Actionboards, ensuring seamless integration with our systems. You will develop and communicate a clear product vision, aligning with our operational objectives and target operating model. Collaborating with technology, design, operations, and business stakeholders, you will deliver innovative solutions that drive the adoption of Actionboards across the organization. Job responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Actionboards, from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless integration with Transact (T24)
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, aligning with operations objectives and Target Operating Model
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Design, Operations, and Business stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on operations feedback and business impact
• Drive the adoption of Actionboards across the organization, providing training and support to ensure successful implementation
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, using data-driven insights to inform product improvements and future development
• Represent the product in senior leadership meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial services industry with at least 3 years’ experience with Temenos Transact, Transact Explorer and Temenos Explorer
• Proven experience in Temenos product management
• Strong understanding of back-office systems, particularly Temenos' Transact (T24) and Transact Explorer
• Strong knowledge of trade life cycle associated with Equities, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income or Mutual Funds
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
• Experience in managing complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be an advantage
• Familiarity with User Experience and design thinking principles
• Proven experience in Temenos product management, preferably within financial services or technology
