JOB SUMMARY

- As a Business Applications Analyst at YMCA of Singapore, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining our business application systems that support our core organisational functions such as Finance, Human Resources, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). You will lead efforts in projects requirement gathering, conducting gap and impact analyses, and ensuring that our business processes and applications align effectively and run optimally with our operational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and collaborate with business stakeholders on the requirement gathering, gap and impact analysis process, working closely with department heads to identify system needs and optimize workflows.

- Create detailed documentation for As-Is and To-Be, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), and use cases.

- Design and implement solutions that enhance functionality and user experience in our key systems such as financial accounting, HR management, Student Management and CRM platforms.

- Manage projects related to the development and deployment of new software applications and enhancements to existing applications.

- Collaborate with IT team members and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions.

- Provide ongoing support to users, ensuring effective deployment and proficient use of business application systems.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business applications relevant to the non-profit sector.

- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and fostering productive partnerships.

- Develop test plans and test cases based on the requirements and functional specifications.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, changes, and issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

- Professional Experience:

• Experience in business application project, particularly with systems related to Finance, HR, and CRM.
• Proficiency in business requirements gathering, gap and impact analysis and documentation.
• Demonstrated at least 1 year experience of leadership in project and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.

• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, mobile applications and other tech products (including maintenance of CPU set)

Duties of Logistics Coordinator:

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and stock management.
• Maintain high accuracy in receiving, picking, and Warehouse Management System (e.g., SAP) processes.
• Monitor and respond to emails and handle general inquiries efficiently.
• Sort and organize inventory in line with established procedures.

Position Title: Senior IT Executive

Department: Information Technology (IT)

I. Job Purpose

The Senior IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems, and fostering effective communication between business users, IT teams, and external vendors. The role includes incident management, request fulfilment, first-level IT security support, and system troubleshooting. Additionally, the Senior IT Executive contributes to IT process enhancement, reporting, and user training while adhering to organizational policies and standards.

II. Key Responsibilities

IT Operations (85%)

Manage incident and request tickets raised by business users and ensure timely resolution.

Collaborate with helpdesk, regional second-level and third-level support teams, external vendors, and HQ IT teams to resolve system issues and maintain process efficiency.

Respond to user inquiries regarding IT systems usage and provide first-level support for IT security incidents.

Create, maintain, and optimize SQL-based reports to support business needs.

Troubleshoot IT system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Oversee IT processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, Demand Management, Request Fulfillment, and Security Policy compliance.

Participate in conference calls for incident management and release management to ensure alignment with global IT standards.
