The IT Support Officer will ensure the integrity and stability of in-house ICT systems that support key organisational functions across the client business. We are looking for a skilled IT Admin/Project Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of various Nationwide applications and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Participate in key project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, and Implementation.
• Create project plans, Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, and coordinate with vendors to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Manage the preparation and maintenance of project reports and documentation.
