System Support

• Provide day-to-day support to users for all relevant systems under Property Management
• Act as the escalation point and first-line support for any reported applications / hardware issues
• Manage the tickets in the ticketing system and ensure they are resolved and closed within the SLA
• Manage IT hardware inventory
• Create, maintain, update, and distribute written system documentation to respective parties
• Evaluates training needs of users; develop training curriculum and prepare/ update training material; conduct training workshops for Property Management personnel
• Onboarding process of new staff – laptops built and setup, guide new staff of all relevant IT applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suites, especially OneDrive and Sharepoint Online

System Change & Implementation

• Translate and documents work processes into business system functions
• Recommend solutions and changes for improving and aligning company policy, procedure and best practice
• Project-manage any identified system change with vendors and internal users
• Prepare test cases and test data for entering acceptance test; performs acceptance test of new and/or modified software applications
• Monitor system usage and report system change / implementation status to the management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in IT / digital transformation environment
• Experience in IT project implementation, Agile preferred.
• Experience on enterprise application platforms

Responsibilities:

1. Hardware and Software Support:

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, workstations, and related hardware for office staff.

• Assist in data recovery processes in case of system failures.
• Monitor and enforce IT policies regarding password management, data security, and access control.

5. System Maintenance:

• Ensure that all office systems (servers, workstations, etc.) are regularly maintained and updated with the latest security patches and updates.
• Perform routine hardware checks to prevent issues and minimize downtime.

6. IT Documentation:

• Maintain a knowledge base of common IT issues and resolutions for quick reference.
• Keep detailed records of all IT incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference.
• Document IT configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.

7. IT Project Assistance:

• Assist with IT-related projects such as office relocations, upgrades to office technology, or system migrations.
• Provide technical support during the implementation of new IT systems or software.

8. Training and Guidance:

• Provide basic IT training and guidance to employees, including the use of new software, hardware, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Assist in creating and distributing IT-related training materials to improve staff competency.

9. Vendor Coordination:

• Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers for equipment repairs, software licensing, and other IT-related services.
• Manage software licenses and subscriptions to ensure compliance with licensing agreements.

10. General Administrative Support:

• Assist in the procurement of new hardware and software.
• Track and manage IT-related purchases and warranty information.
