This position requires a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager managing enterprise-wide complex information systems development within major organizations, ideally in a banking environment. Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).

Provide hardware support for printers, monitors, Desktop PCs, Laptops, and smartphone devices, ensuring functionality across all platforms.

Perform hardware upgrades, data migration, and system setup as required.

Identify, investigate, and resolve user questions and problems related to IT systems.

Perform problem management by analysing frequently occurring incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing long-term solutions.
