• Give compliance and legal advice on sanction, KYC issues to the senior management and Board of Directors.
• To drive KYC and sanction screening mechanism.
• Establish and strengthen risk and compliance management procedure.
• Drive, Establish data and privacy related law and regulations promulgate like Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, Personal Information Protection Law, Cross-Border Data Transfer Regulation.
• Analyze potential gaps and make remediation plan.
• Drive compliance and data privacy issue according to data related legislation.
• Participate and manage third party audit, internal audits across China and HK.
• Lead and Drive APAC compliance Singapore MAS, Malaysia BNM AML sanction program.
• Responsible for customer on board AML and sanction review.
• Experience with AML / risk / Compliance system implementation and products like OFSAA, Netreveal, Axiom is required.

Job Overview:

• Provide technical support for internal staff and occasionally for clients. Responsible for troubleshooting, managing IT equipment, and handling onboarding processes. Ensure smooth IT operations within the agency and at client sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up accounts and IT equipment for new hires (onboarding).
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Manage IT inventory and coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Provide on-site support for clients as needed.
• Ensure software updates, system patches, and security protocols are implemented.
• Document support requests and maintain user guides.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
• Proficient in Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site support when required.

Responsibilities:

• Log customer interactions and create support tickets to track issue resolution.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Efficiently research, gather, organize, and share information in a timely manner.
• Prepare documents like correspondence, memos, reports, and other written materials.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create documents and materials.
• Follow established procedures to track and ensure project completion.
• Coordinate service delivery during the operational phase.
• Support invoice creation and timely processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records in accordance with team standards.
• Assist Business Analysts with data quality issues and reporting.
• Provide administrative support to other departments or CUPPS operations as needed.
• Timely completion of daily paperwork and projects.
• Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Collate, update, and monitor operational support maintenance renewal contracts.
• Participate and support operations, and undertake other assigned duties.
