• Raising all relevant approvals for STL / WCDL / Remittances as per Process
• Resolve queries from all internal processing teams (Trade Services Unit / Central Operations / Compliance/ Branch Operations)

Bank Onboarding / Legacy Alerts Closure

• Follow up with Financial Institution Group/ International Financial Institution Group for documents or approvals with respect to bank onboarding/ legacy alerts
• Liaise with Compliance, Central Operations and other internal teams
• Raise mail/ memo approvals for onboarding/ re-onboarding/ legacy alerts closure

Others

• Process Improvement- Review of Correspondent Banking, Trade Procedures and other PAC Notes
• Resolve queries with respect to Bank’s Corporate Internet Banking and Trade Online Platforms

Transaction Data Compilations

• Ad Hoc Trade & Transaction banking MIS
• Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Relevant banking experience of 4+ years
• Understanding of trade finance domain and related concepts, trade procedures, STL and WCDL
• Understanding of India banking and regulatory landscape and macroenvironment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

a) Oversee CSR and SA team to ensure AOG support, order fulfilment towards customers’ service for satisfaction.

b) Responsible for daily customer support and service for purpose of MRO sales related matters to meet the Sales Repair target plan including account management, preparation of proposal, quoting, payment matters, liaison and fulfilling sales & repair orders.

c) Handling of warranty claims and manage customers’ complaints with the team.

d) Ensure MRO TAT follow up, communicate targets, achievements and justify the discrepancies and propose alternative solutions when appropriate.

e) Propose best commercial solution according to customer needs, in compliance with SEDSA strategy and customer’s expectations.

f) Monitor, analyze and improve MRO activities on LRUs.

g) Secure good relationship with customers via interactive mode of communications.

h) Ownership of overall customer satisfaction / perception of SEDSA as an MRO site.

i) Daily monitoring and communicate all repair flows between SEDSA and customers to ensure smooth operation, efficient communication and service rate/OTD being met.

j) Involve in any special mission, such as imminent AOG, expedition of specific order, delivery discrepancy, quality complaint, etc.

k) Follow up on delivery schedule for sales orders and repairs status with Workshop / Supply Chain/ Planner.

l) Generate reports for analyzing KPIs to improve performance

m) Provide guidance and support to team members. Promote Safran culture to empower people.

n) Set-up processes and KPIs for the team; support business and quality audits.

o) Participate in the Continuous Improvement projects in Customer Service Department (methods) to promote efficiency and productivity.

p) Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives & Corporate HSE programs and in HSE risk communications & mitigations.

q) Comply with all health, safety and environment (HSE) regulations as prescribed by law and company’s policies.

r) Any other duties assigned.

Sales

• To analyse current sales position and plan forecast with management
• Outline and drive seasonal activations and strategies to achieve sales targets set
• Communicate necessary sales targets and strategies to team to drive sales
• Along with forecast, to plan budgets and expenditure i.e. manpower, welfare, marketing activities

• To ensure studio operates effectively daily
• To plan, communicate and develop personnel in the roles required for effective operations

• To ensure the studio space is upkept daily.

Team Management and Training

• To put together and develop a team that is aligned with the brand goals and values.
• To conduct informal and formal reviews with the team to ensure gaps are filled, knowledge is shared and goals are aligned.
• To provide necessary mentorship and guidance to the team
• To propose, plan, budget training for the team to develop creative and technical abilities.

Brand Marketing

• To identify and propose marketing activation that strengthens the brand and enhances the sales position.
• To work alongside the brand team in brainstorming, planning and executing activations.

Business Development

• To know the business and understand the strengths and weaknesses of the brand, to effectively develop it further.
• To plan and activate sales strategies for brand growth and corporate account acquisition.
