This hybrid role will report to the Head of IT and Strategy. The IT Department is key enable for the Company to perform our time sensitive work, as well as the powerhouse behind all digitalisation projects. As a hybrid role, the successful candidate will not only be the key person to ensure robust IT and Systems infrastructure for the Company, but also have the opportunity to be a part of the Company’s stride into IT software and ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for Company’s computer hardware, software, collaborative tools, systems, networks, printers requirements. This includes installation, monitoring and maintenance the systems and networks.

Responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner for all the Company’s offices geographically, including technical support.

Setting up of new user accounts, as well as maintaining existing user accounts.

Assist IT team with ERP projects, such as enhancement, debugging, UAT or maintenance.

Liaise with Developers on new SaaS and web application projects.

Assist IT head to manage and deliver project milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

1. Security System Design

Design integrated security solutions combining CCTV surveillance, card access control, and other systems to meet organizational security requirements.

Develop system layouts, technical specifications, and plans for camera placements, access points, and network architecture.

2. CCTV System Responsibilities

Select and recommend suitable camera types and optimal installation locations for effective surveillance coverage.

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, video recorders, and video management systems (VMS).

Calibrate and adjust cameras to ensure superior image quality and proper coverage.

3. Card Access Control

Design and implement access control systems to regulate entry and exit in secure areas.

Install and configure access control hardware, including card readers, electronic locks, and control panels.

Set up user access rights, permissions, and management protocols.

4. Network Infrastructure

Design, implement, and maintain the network infrastructure to support CCTV and access control systems.

Configure routers, switches, and other network devices for optimized data transmission and system integration.

5. System Integration

Integrate CCTV, access control, and other security systems (e.g., alarm systems) to create a unified security solution.

Ensure seamless communication and data sharing between security components for optimal performance.

6. Network Security

Implement robust security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

Configure firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and encryption protocols to secure sensitive data.

7. Data Management

Manage storage solutions for video footage and access control logs, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

8. Troubleshooting and Support

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cameras, access control devices, and network connectivity.

Provide prompt technical support to address user concerns and incidents.

9. Documentation

Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, integration procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

10. Training

Provide training sessions to users, security personnel, and staff on operating security systems, accessing secure areas, and responding to incidents.

11. Emerging Technologies

Stay updated with advancements in security technology and explore innovative solutions to enhance existing systems.

Job Description:

• Contribute to projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Coordinating activities and processes required for effective day-to-day organization of IT Infrastructure assets and contracts management.
• Resource management, e.g., onboarding/offboarding/contract extension and headcount tracking and reporting including PPM Management and reporting.
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

Asset Management

• Develop and maintain frameworks, RACI, and end to end process/engagement model for on-boarding IT Assets in region (reconciling with financial books).
• Assist with the governance of asset inventory including stock take and checks.
• Periodic internal quality assurance assessment across IT Asset portfolio, highlighting any potential gaps, defining remediation plan and ensuring continued adherence to Group IT Asset Management standards.

Contract Management

• Ensure all contracts are registered in SourcingHub and aligned to Marley Asset Inventory.
• Ensure adherence of contracts and sourcing requirements of existing vendor services.
• Escalate appropriately to ensure Department Accountable Ex-Co are informed and necessary remediation implemented.
• Assist with designing process to streamline / and maintain an accurate BAU contracts management schedule.

Business Management / PMO

• Publish report of CTB/RTB consumption from Pyramid and follow-ups
• Maintain resource management plan.
• Assist with producing TCO reporting (on Apptio).
• Work with Procurement and Expense team on follow ups and maintain governance.

The primary purpose of the position of Senior IT Systems Analyst is to analyse, design, and enhance the Company’s Information Systems to ensure they effectively support and contribute to the overall mission and objectives of the organization.

They work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to identify requirements, develop solutions, and ensure that systems meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Management and support of daily End Users IT requests/issues on business application and Workflow systems

• Ensure IT Tickets are properly logged and followed up with timely escalation to the supervisor and vendors

• Support of business application systems consist of but not limited to DMS (Dealer Management System) and CRM (Customer Management System).

• Ensure proper workflow and documentation of business application systems are in place in the areas of application data backups, housekeeping process, project documentation, application disaster recovery procedures, application licenses and inventory

• Ensure applications conform to stakeholder requirements, reviewing & updating of software design architecture, technical documents, maintaining and enhancing existing application systems

• Work closely with business functions on business application projects, assist & participate in the design & development of new/upgraded of these systems, liaising with vendors to support established specifications & requirements.

• Maintaining open communication with stakeholders and reporting progress and issues to project management and relevant teams.

• Perform periodical audit and security review in the domain of business application systems, accounts, design, architecture to ensure setup adhering to IT Governance & Compliance requirements.

• Designing information systems, including software and hardware components, that meet business requirements and align with IT standards and policies.

• Perform impact analysis arising from business change requests.

• Collaborating with software developers, IT engineers, and other stakeholders to implement and integrate systems.

Experience

• Bachelor or higher qualification in Technology /Information Management /Computer Science

• At least 5 years of technical HANDS-ON experience in business applications support, development, testing, systems design or project management (SDLC)

• Good programming skills in ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, PHP, Javascript, HTML5,

• Previous project experience with Microsoft end-user technology and related applications. (eg: Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps)

• Experience in the implementation & support of business application systems utilising technologies in the areas of Microsoft solutions.

• Have deep knowledge in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) such as MS SQL and SQL

• Possess strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly, and able to communicate requirements and issues clearly and concisely.

• Knowledge and experience on Automotive Industry business process and application systems preferred.

• ITIL, Microsoft MCDBA, Salesforce and PMP certificate holders will be an added advantage
