Job Overview:
We are looking for an IT Support Intern (Part-time/Full-time) to assist our team with everyday troubleshooting and configuration tasks. This role involves providing on-site technical support for staff, coordinating device repairs (e.g., Apple Store visits), and addressing routine issues at our retail locations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve basic IT issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Assist with routine tasks such as device reboots, marketing screen troubleshooting, and system configurations.
- Support staff with account setups, password resets, and other common IT needs.
- Bring devices to repair centers and ensure their timely return.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and provide documentation.
Requirements:
- Ability to commit 3-6 months.
- Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
