▪ To assist in coordination and logistics management of:
o Client device delivery
o Client device staging and image distribution
o Client device deployment & OS upgrade scheduling
o Client device acceptance
o Submission of Declaration Form & billing (if any)
o Support Project Manager on administrative matters (eg. Purchase etc.)
▪ Track and compile project report regularly.
▪ Update assets records of client devices handled by project team.

1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.

2.Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

3.Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level

4.Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

5.Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.

6.Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.

Senior IT Security Consultant

• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to provide security consultancy and assurance.
• Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and plans.
• Conduct security reviews, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and secure code reviews.
• Drive IT security awareness, training programs, and simulations (phishing, incident response).
• Monitor, assess, and manage security risks, alerts, and incidents for containment and improvement.
• Report security initiatives, findings, and incidents to management and regulatory bodies (CSA, MOE).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with 6+ years of experience in Cyber Security.
• Expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365) and security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO27001, PDPA).
• Familiarity with Government IM, ISO31000, PCI-DSS standards, and tools like EDR/XDR, IAM, and MFA is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to engage all staff levels, including C-suite executives.

Job Requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development.

Backend Expertise:
