Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy as a Specialist Customer Relationship Management within the Marketing team.

• Plan and execute initiatives that foster customer excitement, satisfaction, and brand loyalty though customer delight across all digital and physical touchpoints to create a seamless channel integration and a consistently unique brand experience for customers, prospects, and fans.
• Implement and support Customer Relationship Management activities and campaigns to meet all CRM targets and KPIs.
• Support the Sales Funnel Management process by pre-qualifying new leads generated online in close collaboration with sales staff and maintain the CRM system with lead, customer, and vehicle data.
• Ensure that all customer information and data are fed into the CRM system, enrich it with market research data (e.g. customer satisfaction survey, market studies) and provide data driven customer insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders across the organisation.
• Implement and support Customer Relationship Management activities for events, edm blast and managing the inhouse event booking administration tool.
• Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing enquiries and feedback from customers and leads; partner closely with the Sales, Aftersales and Importer team to ensure a seamless customer experience up to brand standards.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare relevant reports for management such as showroom traffic, leads funnels, sales conversion, test drives etc. 
• Support sales team for every car delivery to ensure the delivery gift items are ordered and stocked up.
• Support in marketing projects & reports by tracking the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, or related fields
• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Automotive / Luxury sector
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM Systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce)
• A team player with excellent communication, innovation, and analytical skills
• Self-driven and possess a learning attitude

Main Responsibilities:

Learning needs analysis and implementation

• Support on learning needs collection and analysis and propose yearly learning plan for employees based in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and other countries, verify the learning plan based on business needs and individual growth path, and suggest the best learning activities.
• Market research on skill development trends and learning trends for the industry, propose and refine the learning direction.
• Manage the training provider pool, maintain the relationship, and explore new suitable learning providers, tools, or methods.
• Organize, Implement, and facilitate the learning activities, training courses effectively to build target knowledge, skills, and behavior, through physical, virtual, or blended format.
• Learning marketing, to promote E-learning system, or specific courses, to encourage learning culture.
• Manage the training operation (including registration, attendance, record uploading etc.), track the training course evaluation and feedback, propose improvement, and increase the overall satisfaction and engagement.
• Monitor learning metrics of learning data, reporting and keep improving to meet the ongoing business needs.

Development Programs support

• Support on development programs implementation, including some regional programs like Peer coaching, Trading Academy, Mentoring or Coaching
• Keep track of rotation program of corporate graduate trainees and ensure completion of evaluation after each rotation cycle, support on learning activities and events
• Other Duties – regional learning metrics tracking and support, and ad hoc project

Experiences:

• 3 - 5 years of learning & development experience
• Good to have experience managing Learning Experience Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo System Administrator to join our team and manage our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in implementing and maintaining Odoo ERP systems and a deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our P2P operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our Odoo system. You will be reporting to the SEA Procurement Director, but collaborate heavily with the IS&T Application Manager, Finance and other key cross functional executives across the SEA.

Responsibilities:

Odoo System Administration liaising with IS&T team and/or external vendor:

● Install, configure, and maintain the Odoo ERP system.

● Customize and develop modules to meet the specific needs of the Procure-to-Pay process.

● Manage system upgrades & improvement, patches, and security updates.

● Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.

● Ensure Procurement data integrates to additional tools (spend analytics, savings tracking, suppler risk management) and accuracy across systems is maintained.

● Manage coding and category taxonomy/structure.

P2P Process Management:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and improve the Procure-to-Pay process.

● Configure, monitor, and maintain P2P workflows within the Odoo system.

● Ensure data accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

User Training and Support:

● Provide training and support to end-users on Odoo and the P2P system.

● Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.

Reporting and Analytics:

● Create and maintain reports and dashboards for P2P performance and KPI tracking.

● Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Documentation:

● Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and procedures.

Vendor Management:

● Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for system

enhancements and support.

Others:

● To carry out data management related tasks assigned by the management

● If Odoo system experience is a challenge, prior experience in iValua and SAP system management is an added advantage

● Incumbent must be willing to travel across SEA countries to support the implementation of the system

● Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process and best practices.

● Proficiency in programming and database management.

● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

● Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

● Vendor management experience is a plus.
