Issue Resolution:

• Investigate and troubleshoot EDI-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues promptly. Implement preventive measures to minimize future problems.
• You will analyze individual customer requirements and create concepts for tailor-made solutions in close coordination with our external EDI provider, our LAPP IT and the SAP S/4 HANA key users.
