You will be part of the Group Tax team based in Singapore overseeing transfer pricing (“TP”) matters.

• Responsible for the Group’s TP matters for the countries where the group operates in
• Responsible for TP compliance work, monitoring TP reporting timelines and ensuring appropriate TP documentations are in place
• Assist with any TP queries/ audits by working closely with external service providers and local teams
• Actively monitor, research and analyse any changes in TP rules and regulations in countries where the group operates in and assess impact from latest relevant regulatory / tax developments

· The Veterinary Rehabilitation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of Beecroft’s veterinary rehabilitation department.

· This role includes managing patient care, supervising staff, developing treatment protocols, ensuring high-quality rehabilitation services, and fostering relationships with clients, veterinarians, and other stakeholders e.g. other department veterinarians and veterinary nurses.

· The manager must possess both clinical expertise in veterinary rehabilitation and strong leadership/ operational management skills to ensure the success of the department.

> Rehabilitation Services Management

• Manage Beecroft Rehabilitation Department. Responsible for rostering and payroll of all rehabilitation department staff.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans for patients, including physical therapy, hydrotherapy, laser therapy, and other modalities.
• Ensure treatments align with the latest evidence-based veterinary rehabilitation best practices and scientific research.
• Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring efficiency and compliance with clinical good practices and standards.
• Manage budgets, resources, and supplies for the department.

> Collaboration with other Departments

• Collaborate with veterinarians from other departments and specialists to develop and provide guidance on rehabilitation plans.

• Provide consultation to patients and perform assessment of rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and implement customized rehabilitation plans in collaboration with veterinarians.
  • Utilize rehabilitation techniques such as physical therapy, hydrotherapy, laser therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and exercise programs.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Educate pet owners on home care exercises, therapies, and maintenance plans.

> Leadership & Staff Supervision

• Provide training, mentorship and guidance to other veterinary rehabilitation therapists and assistants on rehabilitation.
  • Participate in continuing education for the veterinary team on imaging advancements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent), Veterinary Technology, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Certification in veterinary rehabilitation (e.g., Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner [CCRP], Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist [CCRT], or equivalent.
• Experience or training in physical therapy, massage therapy, or related fields is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in veterinary rehabilitation or a related field. Experience in a leadership or managerial role is highly desirable.

• Attend daily inpatient rounds at start and end of shift

Surgical Vet Intern

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient handling, sample collection/analysis; setting up and maintenance of intravenous lines.
• Attend daily in-patient rounds, as well as Morbidity and Mortality rounds when warranted.
• Coordination of surgical caseload, including admitting and discharging of patients.
• Assisting in surgeries.
• Induction and monitoring of anaesthesia.
• Assisting with administrative tasks associated with patient care.
• Provide an emergency out-of-hours service as per the out-of-hours rota.
• Communicating with referring veterinarians, including ensuring the referring practice is updated as soon as is practically possible, via email or phone call if appropriate, regarding the patient’s condition and treatment.
• Maintain client/patient/surgical/medical records and make certain all necessary information is kept up to date through established protocols.
• Attend CPD and training opportunities in agreement with management.
• Read, acknowledge, and act upon all internal communication and information.

All these tasks are to be performed in strict accordance with the instruction from the relevant specialist surgeon and senior members of staff.
