YOUR ROLE:

The Senior Data Engineer will work on acquiring, storing, governing and processing huge sets of structured / unstructured data. You will bring a vision of the big data solutions landscape for choosing optimal architecture components to use for these purposes as well as a set of data engineering skills for implementing enterprise data foundations such as data lake. Finally, you will work closely with other PALO IT experts in Data Intelligence, Research, UX Design, Digital Technology and Agile teams to enable intelligence in the digital mesh of our clients and deliver big impact to them.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and process structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Build and manage data warehouses and data lakes, implementing efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms. Design data models that support business requirements and analytics use cases.
• Leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to design and deploy scalable data infrastructure, optimizing for performance, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
• Implement data quality checks, validation processes, and data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with security standards.
• Continuously monitor and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to improve processing speed, reduce latency, and enhance overall system performance.
• Work collaboratively with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs, provide technical expertise, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Support business users by implementing data presentation layer including data visualisation using tools like Tableau, PowerBI etc.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in the big data and data engineering space, evaluating and implementing innovative solutions to improve data processing capabilities.
• Support the definition and optimization of underlying data infrastructure

WHO YOU ARE:

• You hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in IT, Information Management, and/or Computer Science with at least 6 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of the big data technology landscape and concepts related to distributed storage/computing
• Experience with big data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop, Spark) and distributions (Cloudera, Hortonworks, MapR)
• Experience with batch & ETL jobs to ingest and process data from multiple data sources
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. Cassandra, MongoDB, Neo4J, ElasticSearch)
• Experience with querying tools (e.g Hive, Spark SQL, Impala)
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience or willingness to go in real-time stream processing, using solutions such as Kafka, AWS Kinesis, Flume, and/or Spark Streaming
• Experience or willingness to learn about DevOps and DataOps principles (e.g Infrastructure as Code, automating different parts of the data pipeline)
• High-level understanding of Data Science concepts and methodologies (how models are built, trained, and deployed)

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in IT business analysis. Plus point to have experience in AI-driven workflows or collaborative AI-enabled team structures.
• Good understanding of enterprise applications or prior experience in various tech products/development stacks is ideal but not mandatory.

Job Purpose

The Finance Data Specialist plays a critical role in the execution of our APLL Finance transformation mandate by actively supporting data-driven business intelligence initiatives. This role will act as a bridge between Finance, business units and IT. It requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams in understanding business requirements and designing and developing the data architecture for BI solutions and visualization. Key deliverables include proactively providing timely, reliable and easy-to-use financial information and valuable and actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes and strengthen financial performance analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities

Data Governance, Strategy and Collections

• Support the development and execution of Finance data, governance and analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand business logic and their analytics needs, identify data metrics and document the requirements.
• Translate business needs into specifications and data requirements. integrate business and financial data to establish a solid foundation for financial analysis or reporting solutions.
• Work closely with business partners and IT to design, define and develop end-to-end data pipelines for BI solutions: build instrumentation and define dimensional models, tables or schemas that support business processes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of databases and data pipelines. This ensures data quality and accessibility for analysis.
• Gather data from various sources (databases, APIs, web scraping, etc.), clean it, and transform it into a usable format. This often involves dealing with datasets that have challenges including missing values, lump sum amounts, inconsistencies, and different data types.
• Design, write and support extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes of finance and business operations data from various sources, deliver insightful data findings for business success

Data Analytics and Business Intelligence

• Conduct “deep dive” reviews of financial data to uncover trends and patterns. Deploy different types of advance data analytics to identify anomalies, outliers and leakages in transactions to mitigate risks and optimize profit.
• Align with stakeholders on key metrics, design and propose experimentation strategies to continually raise the bar on our analytical capabilities
• Ensure data accuracy by mining, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets for effective use-case development of BI and dashboard visualization solutions.
• Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining.
• Develop, optimize financial reporting and enhance data automation to enable reliable self-service reports and streamline financial closing process.
• Use BI tools to create compelling data visualization and dashboards to generate timely, meaningful and actionable insights in driving critical business decision making.
• Predictive Modelling: Building models to forecast future outcomes based on historical data. This can involve machine learning techniques like regression, classification, and clustering.
• Support projects or gathering of additional data for ad-hoc analysis as needed

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
• Proven experience in financial data analytics, reporting automation, and Power BI tools.

Requirements

• At least 3 – 5 years of financial/business/data analysis experience.
• Experience in audit or logistics industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of finance principles, datasets and business processes.

ARC Tier 1 is required to work in a secure ARC environment. ARC is a type of call center that specializes

in providing technical support or customer service for complex products or services. An ARC typically

employs highly trained and specialized agents who are knowledgeable about the product or service being

supported. They may also use advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, chatbots, and

automation to assist with customer inquiries and support.

In addition to providing technical support, an ARC may also be responsible for proactive monitoring and

management of the product or service being supported, identifying, and resolving issues before they

become problems for customers. This can help to improve overall customer satisfaction and reduce

downtime for critical systems or services.

Overall, an Advanced Response Center plays a critical role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality

technical support and service for complex products and services.

ARC Tier 1 is responsible for provide first level technical support to customers. ARC Tier 1 will work

closely with ARC Tier 2, Team Leads & Technical Support Engineers to achieve this purpose. ARC Tier

1 is the first line of technical support. This team is responsible for basic customer

issues/enquiries/request/alert. It is the same as 1st Level support which provide basic technical or non-

technical support functions.

ACR Tier 1 functions and responsibilities (not limited)

 Respond to the incoming enquiries/incident/request/alerts (Call, Email, Webchat, EUP, IVR

handling, Monitoring consoles)

o 1st level troubleshooting of in supported systems

i.e. Workplace; Server; Network; Microsoft 365; Secure Access Service Edge; Point of Sale

o Security event monitoring

o Server and network availability and performance monitoring

o Password reset and unlock

o Perform log & route [to higher tier or Resolver Team(s)]

 Record and manage all transactions/ cases in Service Management System

 Broadcast notifications to the relevant parties

 Provide timely status update, follow up on cases escalated until closure within the service level

agreement.

Responsibilities

We are hiring a team member for the "Marketing" role for Taobao Thailand, based in Singapore. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Developing and implementing Taobao Singapore’s marketing and user growth plans based on brand positioning, driving user acquisition, retention, and GMV growth.

2. Building good relationships with local media partners, creatively planning and executing communication content across channels such as KOLs, local media, IG, FB, TikTok, SEO, SEM, DSP, etc.

3. Regularly analyzing marketing activities and promotion effectiveness, and continuously optimizing.

4. Tracking market trends, responding to consumer feedback, monitoring competitor activities, and adjusting marketing strategies as needed.

5. Working closely with internal stakeholders (PR, media, design, industry operations, business development, onsite operations, CRM, etc.) to enhance consumer experience and achieve overall goals for Thai market.

Requirements

1. 3+ years relevant work experience in e-commerce digital marketing or of relevant work experience that includes digital buys, social, KOL management, data-driven analysis of campaign performance.

2. Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

3. Adaptive, creative and self-driven. Good organisational skills and detailed oriented.

4. Strong stakeholder and good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

5. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Thai & Chinese.

6. Comfortable working in a global company with culture diversity.

岗位职责

我们正在招聘负责淘宝泰国“市场营销”的小伙伴加入，需要Base在新加坡，工作内容包括但不限于以下：

1. 结合品牌定位和人群策略，制定和实施淘宝新加坡市场推广和会员运营规划，驱动会员拉新、留存以及GMV增长

2. 对于媒介渠道整体效果负责，和本地媒介伙伴建立良好合作关系，创意策划并跟进执行传播内容，渠道包括但不限于KOL, 本地媒体, IG, FB, TikTok, SEO, SEM, DSP等

3. 定期对于营销活动和推广效果进行数据分析，并持续优化

4. 追踪市场热点，跟进消费者反馈，关注竞争对手动向，及时调整营销策略

5. 和内部相关合作方（PR、媒介、设计、行业运营、招商、导购、会员运营等）密切合作提升消费者体验，共同达成泰国市场整体目标

需要TA具备哪些能力、经验与特质

我们的任职要求：

1. 3年以上的电商平台Digital Marketing相关经验，包括媒介采买，社群运营，KOL合作，以及基于数据分析的活动优化

2. 具备思辨能力，吃苦耐劳，并能多线程高效工作

3. 适应性强，有创新意识，自我驱动，组织能力强且工作细致

4. 中泰双语听说读写流畅

5. 具有团队意识，能适应快节奏工作环境

• Responsible for generating new leads, building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.
• Organize and conduct product demonstrations/presentations to medical professionals.
• Work closely with manufacturers to understand the benefits/use of devices, support events, workshops, the launch of new products and other sales leads.
• To provide product technical support when required.
• To understand existing customer requirements and future needs.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Paramedical or related Biomedical field.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Prior experience having worked in a hospital setting or the medical device industry (Cardiac, Neurovascular, Peripheral or Endovascular) is an advantage.

On-job or overseas training will be provided.

Remuneration based on experience.
