Requirements:

As a Manager, IT (Cybersecurity) , you will :

As a Cybersecurity Manager for Venture Group, you will play a critical leadership role in protecting the company’s global digital assets across the organization globally. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that ensures the safety and security of our networks, systems, and data.

In this role, you will oversee the Corporate Cybersecurity Headquarters function, coordinate with Global Site IT leads, manage security operations, and lead the team in responding to and mitigating cybersecurity threats. You will be the key escalation point for cybersecurity incidents across the organization and ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Degree in Information Technology/Information Security or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience and knowledge in enterprise security solutions such as XDR, PAM, SIEM, Email & Cloud Security, DLP, ZTNA, SOAR, IAM, IIOT Security will be beneficial.
• Experience in managing enterprise-scale security projects, from proof of concept (POC) to successful implementation.
• Proficient in IT security governance and architecture, including a knowledge of IT network security and cloud-based technologies.
• Proven understanding of the current vulnerabilities, incident response, and mitigation strategies used in cyber security.
• Proficient in IT security governance, risk management, and network security architecture.

IT Help Desk Job Description:

In this role, you will provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing

requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the

internal IT Helpdesk. You will be responsible for administration and internal support of the Company’s

PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, license tracking, and

performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction

• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
