• Lead the overall technical architecture design and R&D work of the AI platform, ensuring its scalability and stability.

• Organize and manage the R&D team, setting clear goals and performance evaluation standards to enhance the team's technical capabilities and collaboration efficiency.

• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, driving technological innovation and continuous optimization of the platform.

• Manage projects, including resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk management, ensuring timely delivery.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other relevant teams to drive the implementation and iteration of AI products.

• Maintain relationships with external technology partners and academic institutions to promote technology exchange and collaboration.

skills and requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in R&D of AI platforms or related technologies

• Familiarity with ML/DL, NLP, and other AI technologies, with practical project experience.

• Strong software development foundation, proficient in mainstream programming languages (such as Python, Java, C++, etc.).

• Excellent project management skills, familiar with agile development processes.

• Experience in the development and operation of large-scale AI platforms is preferred.

• Chinese speaking required as you need to liaise with Chinese stakeholders who can only speak and write in Chinese

• Maintain Active Directory, file server, FTP, backup server.

• Setup and maintain wireless devices.
• Monitor and maintain DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Proxy Server.
• Monitor and maintain spam.
• Monitor and maintain print server, fax server.
• Monitor and maintain manage switches and network appliances
• Develop, maintain, and enhance the existing PHP program.

Job Requirements:-

• Diploma in Information Technology
• Good knowledge in computer hardware, software, networking
• Good knowledge in Windows, PHP, Java script, and SQL
• Well-versed with the operation of firewall/VPN, Anti-virus, Anti-Spam, Intrusion Detection
• Ability in administering, maintaining, optimizing windows active directory system security
• Ability to configure and set-up new server
• Strong trouble shooting and analytical skill
• Self-motivated, self-discipline, willing to learn and able to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure
• Service focused, positive with good patience
