Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Awareness: Provide regular AML training and guidance to employees to enhance their understanding of AML obligations and best practices.
• Regulatory Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports and filings as required by MAS and other regulatory bodies.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on changes in AML laws, regulations, and best practices. Recommend and implement enhancements to the AML compliance framework.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including stakeholders, legal, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Finance, Business, Law, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in AML compliance, preferably within the financial services or precious metals industry.
• Strong knowledge of MAS AML/CFT regulations and PEP screening.
• Experience with transaction monitoring systems and KYC/CDD/ECDD processes.

Position Overview:

Squarepoint is looking for a Platform Compute and Storage (PCS) Specialist to join our growing global team. The candidate will work alongside our global team to design, build, and maintain both compute and storage services that are continuously scaling to support the growth of the company. This role requires in depth knowledge of Linux platforms and distributed storage systems, including performance optimization and capacity management. This candidate will ideally have experience with bare metal, hypervisors, containers, and public cloud platforms. Your day to day could consist of hardware and software installation and configuration, monitoring and alerting improvements and configurations, automation and tool development, and much more.

• Manage systems efficiently at scale through standardization, automation, testing, and in depth monitoring
• Enforce development standards for source control, testing, and continuous integration for infrastructure, OS, patches, and configuration management
• Manage a distributed compute environment and several petabyte-scale storage systems
• Install, manage, and monitor the Linux operating system (RHEL based)
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues throughout the stack
• Work with business owners to regularly re-prioritize the book of work, while delivering both tactical and long term objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a technology infrastructure role including Linux administration
• Experience working with configuration management driven administration using tools such as Chef or Ansible
• Experience with distributed storage and different storage protocols (NFS, GPFS, WEKA)
• Proficient in Python, or other high level language (Go, Rust, etc)
• Experience with modern software development: version control, agile development, ci/cd

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Protective Intelligence, the Physical Risk Detection Specialist will develop scripts and leverage custom tools to gather, analyze, and author actionable intelligence from internal, dark web, proprietary, and open sources to identify, disrupt, and prevent harm that might impact our colleague and executives’ ability to safely conduct business globally. Critical skills include partnering with key stakeholders and providing awareness, indications, warnings, and operational readiness. The Global Security Protective Intelligence team analyzes and assesses internal, external, and geopolitical threats to American Express executives, employees, facilities, assets, events, and interests globally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually enhance priority intelligence requirements that align with needs of stakeholders.
• Multilingual technical threat detection (threat hunting) to identify, disrupt and prevent potential physical harm and threats, both internally and externally, for all colleagues, facilities, and corporate events. Role includes hunting for brand exposure risks.
• Develop scripts to identify specific insider threats and external risks.
• Leverage OSINT, proprietary information, and purpose-built tools to create written intelligence products for key stakeholders to proactively address threats.
• Monitor global events relevant to the company.
• Support protective intelligence investigations involving threats to leaders and facilities.
• Produce and present threat assessments, deep-dive analysis, and briefings that are cohesive, concise, and professional.
• Build and maintain partnerships with key teams/functions within the company such as physical security, information security, business continuity, insider threat, and investigations.
• Interact rapidly at all levels of the organization and across regions to provide subject matter expertise on threats.
• Provide after-hours support, as required.

Qualifications

• Oral and written fluency in English and one or more of the following languages: Spanish, French, Arabic, Farsi, Mandarin, Russian, Hindi, German.
• Possess an advanced level of understanding of investigative techniques and threat-based intelligence analysis and to detect and resolve threats and other criminal activity.
• In-depth understanding of the threats affecting executives, corporate assets, and events.
• Experience in data visualization, network analysis, and application of structured analytic techniques to generate and test hypotheses, assess cause and effect, challenge analysis, and support decision making.
• Working knowledge in one or more of the following areas: data science, analysis, protective intelligence, executive protection, close protection, counterintelligence, insider threat, or all-source intelligence.
• Possesses the ability to review information to determine its significance, validate its accuracy and assess its reliability.
• Strong personal initiative, intellectually curious, and knowledgeable about local, regional, and world events.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

I. Job Purpose

The Senior IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems, and fostering effective communication between business users, IT teams, and external vendors. The role includes incident management, request fulfilment, first-level IT security support, and system troubleshooting. Additionally, the Senior IT Executive contributes to IT process enhancement, reporting, and user training while adhering to organizational policies and standards.

II. Key Responsibilities

IT Operations (85%)

Manage incident and request tickets raised by business users and ensure timely resolution.

Collaborate with helpdesk, regional second-level and third-level support teams, external vendors, and HQ IT teams to resolve system issues and maintain process efficiency.

Respond to user inquiries regarding IT systems usage and provide first-level support for IT security incidents.

Create, maintain, and optimize SQL-based reports to support business needs.
