Software Engineer (SAP Specialist)

Responsibilities:

• Provide SAP Techno-functional Support in FI/CO or SD/MM/PM modules.
• Involve in analysis, design, coding / configuration and testing of SAP System.
• Work with business users to understand their business requirements
• Develop interfaces between SAP with external systems.
• Analyse the software issues, diagnoses the technical faults and suggest the precaution measures along with accurate troubleshooting methodologies
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping is to be maintained to the highest standard

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in SAP and programming languages such as ABAP.

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience is required

Job Description:

The Retail Sales Specialist (Audio) is responsible for driving sales and enhancing the customer experience within the retail environment. 3. Merchandising and Store Presentation:Ensure that audio products are well-displayed, properly stocked, and organized.

4. Customer Support and Issue Resolution:Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
   Provide post-purchase support, including troubleshooting and product setup assistance.
   Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
   
5. Sales Reporting and Documentation:Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
   Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
   Collaborate with store management to identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
   
6. Team Collaboration:Work closely with other retail sales specialists and store staff to achieve team goals.
   Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
   Support colleagues during busy periods and assist with other store duties as needed.
   

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the audio or electronics industry.

• Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.

• Business development, sales account management or consultative selling experience is a plus.
