The IT Support Officer will ensure the integrity and stability of in-house ICT systems that support key organisational functions across the client business. Job description

• Provide Level 2 Incident & Problem Management support by working with vendors and/or Internal support teams to resolve technical and user issues during migrations, and other events.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the applications you manage, including system architecture, data structures, scheduled jobs, reports, and interfaces to other applications.

Qualifications

Role Purpose
