What you'll do:

As an Events Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans for various events and conferences. This includes optimizing direct mail, email, website merchandising, search engines, and social media marketing strategies. You will work closely with a larger marketing team to integrate these events into broader marketing campaigns. Your role will also involve tracking web analytics reports and direct mail campaign analyses to enhance website usability and boost conversion rates. Additionally, you will handle the management of venue and vendors, including sourcing, negotiation, payment, and reconciliation. Presenting event plans to all levels of management will also be a key part of your role.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Events Marketing Specialist position brings along good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing clear communication of timelines and expectations to team members. You should have the ability to analyze markets and customer needs effectively while developing marketing plans based on those needs. A proficient understanding of website functionality and email marketing best practices is essential. Experience in the development and delivery of different scales of events – virtual, in-person, hybrid – is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform real-time analysis and trending of security log data from various security devices and systems.

Job Responsibilities

· Oversee beauty product registrations, renewals, regulatory documentation, requirements and regulatory processes.

· Manage the beauty registration for both Singapore and Malaysia, with possible additions to manage registrations for other countries in the APAC region (possibly Australia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam).

· Track and monitor regulatory submissions for all countries in scope, working closely with in-country teams and external consultants.

· Liaise with regulatory authorities on proposals, submissions and satisfying requests or amendments.

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Capital Markets Middle Office Specialist to join our APAC Sales Support team, predominately focused on covering the Japan sales team.

In this role, you will:

• Provide operational support for Fixed Income Credit/Rates sales desks across Asia (focused primarily on Japan) covering products including but not limited to Cash Bonds, US Treasuries, Mortgage-Backed Securities, Futures and OTC derivatives products.
