JOB SUMMARY

• Standard Chartered is looking to build upon its continued success by adding a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Content & Disclosures Lead to its global D&I function in support of the Group’s objectives to become the best place to work, the best place to bank and contribute towards creating prosperous communities. The Lead will play a pivotal role in management of content development for engagement and disclosures to enable successful delivery of the Global D&I strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

• The Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of the Bank-wide Diversity and Inclusion and wellbeing strategies under the direction of the Head of D&I
• Support our workforce to develop the skills needed for the future; building resilience, agility and inclusive leadership to enable our teams to unlock innovation, make better decisions, deliver our business strategy
• Partner and provide strategic guidance to D&I Councils, regions, businesses and functions to advance D&I plans
• Serving as a trusted centre of excellence and advisor to build capability, upskill and deliver on D&I strategy
• Project managing and aligning key D&I strategic solutions, global initiatives, and programmes
• Driving global and regional consistency by working with D&I Integration Experts to review processes and embed D&I and wellbeing best practices, policies, standards and governance
• Supporting Employee Resource Groups to align their initiatives and activities to the global D&I and wellbeing strategies
• Understanding of ESG reporting requirements including specific reference to EEO reporting, the Parker Review, CSRD, etc
• Managing global D&I benchmarking, reporting and awards requirements
• Ongoing review and leveraging of key global partnerships and memberships to support D&I and wellbeing agenda and priorities
• Providing D&I and wellbeing thought leadership on internal working groups, D&I Councils and forums, including monitoring internal and external diversity trends and legal developments impacting policy/practices.

• Ensure that D&I activities aligns with business objectives and drives team performance and risk management at all levels
• Drive awareness of D&I and its value and coordinate across the Bank focusing on supporting key stakeholders
• Drive awareness of the wellbeing philosophy and its value and coordinate across the Bank focusing on supporting key stakeholders
• Ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders through strong business insights and being personally credible
• Influential and persuasive in terms of aligning the D&I, wellbeing and HR agenda with business-critical goals
• Possess professional work experience, including demonstrated experience in the D&I and wellbeing field, and knowledge of equality legislation (ideally in different geographies)
• Specialist knowledge of UK Equality Act 2010 and experience of diversity issues, trends and inclusion best practices, including issues covering different strands of diversity and how it might vary across different geographies
• Ability to analyse complex data, identify interventions and create solutions to strategic issues that impact overall D&I and wellbeing strategy success
• Facilitation, delivery and ability to build capability in others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate technical and specialist D&I insights to different audiences
• Ability to act as a change agent
• Strong project management skills, able to keep various programme elements on budget and on schedule
• Working knowledge and understanding of diversity and inclusion challenges preferably in multiple cultural settings
• Demonstrated and proven experience in D&I and other relevant areas of HR (e.g. Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations)

Processes

• Project management, leading on the development and implementation of key projects within our key target areas – such as gender, ethnicity, disability, generations, LGBT+ and wellbeing
• Build and manage strong relationships with the Global D&I Council, senior leaders across the Bank and key stakeholder groups to support on implementing the Bank’s D&I and wellbeing strategies including providing advice, encouraging engagement, producing key message documents, speaker notes, presentations, and providing regular progress updates (via a range channels)
• Partner with the Regional Head of Diversity and Inclusion and Centres of Excellence to embed and integrate D&I and wellbeing into processes and initiatives and align it with the other corporate, business and people strategies
• Draft responses, presentations and updates for Regional Head, Diversity & Inclusion, Global Head of HR, Global D&I Council and other key stakeholders as appropriate
• Work closely with Corporate Affairs and Brand & Marketing, providing subject matter expertise and project insights, to support on the successful development and execution of the Bank-wide D&I activity including campaigns for internationally recognised key dates e.g. International Women’s Day to maximise impact and coordinate development of any related activations and initiatives
• Engage key stakeholders to build capability to deliver on the D&I strategy
• Work with key stakeholders on the design and delivery of any tailored solutions (e.g. unconscious bias, cultural awareness, gender intelligence, leadership programmes for underrepresented groups, mentoring), products, toolkits, assessments, etc
• Manage reporting process for the various business areas to track and report progress against D&I plans and alignment to D&I strategy
• Support in the delivery of consistent and standardised Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) processes across the regions, including onboarding process, communications, development of toolkits, budgeting, implementing initiatives and monitoring of global reporting on key ERG metrics
• Manage global D&I and wellbeing benchmarking, reporting and awards requirements and lead on the delivery of D&I external engagements to raise the profile of our commitments and progress, including conferences (e.g. Bloomberg Equality Summit, Davos, UN, International Monetary Fund)
• Collate, analyse, and use diversity metrics to measure D&I initiatives and engage the business
• Support finance budget tracking, invoice processing and delivery of annual D&I and ERG budget process, including bi-annual review
• Monitor and keep up to date with the latest developments in D&I and wellbeing research and thinking
• Representing where appropriate the Group on external forums and working groups

People & Talent

• Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values
• Work with the business to help deliver the Banks Global D&I strategy and key priorities

Risk Management

• Awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group and the role the individual plays in managing them
• The ability to interpret the Group’s financial information and identify key issues based on this information

Reporting to the Head of Monitoring, you will be the eyes and ears of the IT system. You ensure the availability and performance of the infrastructures, equipment, software and processes supporting the data. In order to anticipate anomalies, batch delays, FileSystem problems, etc.

• Batch Job Management - monitor the end-of-day batch and ensure that it starts on the prescribed time, perform first level analysis if theres failure, perform recovery and involve other stakeholders when necessary. Do a milestone check of the critical jobs to ensure they complete on time and do the proper escalation if theres any delay.
• Application System and Infrastructure Monitoring constantly monitor the alerts from the monitoring tool that tells whether an application, server, website, service, disk space or other system resources are having issue and inform the support persons if necessary.
• Service Requests and User Support handling of user requests such as running of one time job, scheduling of new job, copying and resending of file, troubleshooting transactional problem and involving other experts if necessary.
• System Patch and Upgrade Support support the regular third party system upgrade and patches and minimize any disruption
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Support awareness and readiness of the disaster recovery plans to ensure continuous operation and minimize disruption in case of disaster.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS (know-how)

Analysis, development and evaluation activities:

• Familiarity with batch Processing
• Deep knowledge in TWS (Tivoli Dynamic Works Console) to create a New Plan, and reverse knowledge to scratch a plan analysis.
• Good knowledge in Unix Scripts & Shell Scripting.
• TWS administration experience with its functions to Plan, Install, Configure, Upgrade, Maintain and Troubleshoot failures.
• Expert in Troubleshooting & Resolution of problems with the Master Domain Manager.
• Expert in Troubleshooting & Resolution of problems with FTA Unlinks.
• Expert knowledge in troubleshooting Failed jobs and file system full issues
• Knowledge in ticketing tools Jira & HP Quality Center
• Proven experience with monitoring and evaluating system performance and performing tuning functions to achieve optimal system efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Administration and troubleshooting of Windows Servers (Preferably Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012, Windows server 2003).
• Able to Install of windows servers and has good troubleshooting skills for Wintel systems, knowledge in hardening and securing of Wintel systems.
• Advanced level of Administration of Windows server with active directory, DNS, DHCP and High Availability.
• Understanding of RAID, pros and cons of various RAID levels and decision making on the same in a given situation
• Microsoft cluster configuration, administration and troubleshooting.
• Working experience with various storages, precisely for cluster configurations is good to have.
• Working knowledge in SAN environment and storage space management from systems side is good to have.
• File system and quota management.
• Experience and knowledge on FTP and SFTP Client and Server Model.
• Experience and knowledge with installing and implementing VMware ESX server, VMware virtual Center, setting up V-Motion, HA, DRS, and related VMware products such as VM Workstation, VMware converter VM Backup products and other products for virtualization would be advantages.
• Experience provisioning, operating, and maintaining systems running on Azure

Technical Requirements

Active Directory Concepts:

• Understand and explain Domain & Forest structures, Organizational Units (OUs), Schema, and Global Catalog.
• Use tools like nltest, dsquery, and netdom for AD troubleshooting.

AD Infrastructure Components:

• Manage Domain Controllers including recovery methods (authoritative and non-authoritative restore, 3rd party tools).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot replication issues using repadmin and dcdiag.
• Understand and manage FSMO Roles, including their purposes and recovery procedures.
• Configure and manage DHCP, including scopes, SuperScopes, Failover, Static IPs, Reservations, Exclusions, and DNS settings.
• Utilize DNS tools such as Nslookup, Test-DnsServer, ipconfig, tracert, and DNS Query.
• Support and troubleshoot Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) for SSO.
• Address time synchronization issues using NTP.
• Create and troubleshoot gSMA Accounts.

Authentication and Authorization:

• Manage Kerberos authentication for both Windows and non-Windows (Linux) systems.
• Maintain and resolve LDAP authentication issues.
• Implement and manage Access Control Lists (ACLs) effectively.

Group Policies:

• Enforce configurations on users and computers through Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Use GPOs to manage security settings, software installations, and scripts.

AD Management Tools:

• Proficient in Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC).
• Intermediate to expert skills in PowerShell.
• Knowledge of AD Administrative Center (ADAC) is a plus.

Integration with Other Services:

• Support AD FS onboarding and troubleshooting for SSO solutions.

Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:

• Review and analyze event logs to identify and resolve issues.

Tech Refresh:

• Study and propose improvements for AD design best practices.
• Implement and upgrade DC, DHCP, and DNS roles on newer OS versions.
• Understand and manage AD functional levels and raise them as necessary.

Windows Patching:

• Enroll new servers with WSUS & SCCM, manage monthly patches, and troubleshoot patching issues.

Business-As-Usual (BAU) Duties:

• Take ownership of and resolve assigned tickets within SLA.
• Create and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with team members and mentor junior engineers.
• Exhibit flexibility with working hours and maintain professionalism in customer interactions.
• Ability to identify and gather requirements to define a solution to be built and operated on Azure
• Capabilities to provide AZure operations and deployment guidance and best practices throughout the lifecycle of a project
• Experience with application / data migration to AWS

• 5 - 8 Years of System Administration Experience is must.
• Must be a Graduate in Engineering / Science / Diploma in Computers
• Preferably with any two of the given Certification – MCSE / VMWare Certification
