Job Description

• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8 am-5 pm or 9 am-6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for after-sales service to both local and regional clients.
• Oversee the provision of immediate and efficient technical support through on-site visits, phone, email, and other virtual means for a variety of products.
• Offer expert technical guidance and propose solutions for resolving customer issues.
• Communicate with the internal team to elevate product concerns and ensure consistent follow-up with customers regarding the progress and resolution of these issues.
• Coordinate with the headquarters and affiliate companies concerning any product-related or technical concerns.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions for the internal team, such as technicians, to fully prepare them to conduct comprehensive product and system tests that verify functionality and compliance with specifications.
• Assist QA team in system testing, including conducting Factory Acceptance Testing, Interface Factory Acceptance Testing, and on-site testing tasks.

• Min. ITE in Electrical Engineering
• Min. 1 year of quality engineering experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Comfortable to travel
• Experience in auditing to the requirement of ISO quality system standards will be an added advantage

Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed your goals, helping us expand our customer base in the genomics field.
• Building Relationships: Work with key people in healthcare, academic, and research sectors to create lasting relationships and help them see the value in our genomic services.
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Use your experience in both sales and genomics to connect with potential customers, whether that’s through cold calls, warm outreach, or creative new strategies.
• Sales Process: Help guide customers through the entire sales process—from preparing proposals, negotiating deals, to closing sales and making sure everything runs smoothly from quote to delivery.
• Managing Pipeline & Forecasts: Keep track of your sales opportunities and goals, updating forecasts and providing regular updates on progress.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and business teams to align on campaigns and initiatives that support sales growth and business objectives.
• Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in genomics so you can confidently talk about our offerings and their impact with customers.
• Other Support: Pitch in with other tasks or projects as needed to help our team succeed.

Desired Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical engineering (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or similar discipline). Technical understanding of next generation sequencing is preferred.
• 2-3 years sales experience with a proven ability to hit goals and drive results. Experience in genomics or life sciences is key to success.
• Some familiarity with genomic services—whether it's genomics technology, research applications, or diagnostics
• Strong communication and negotiation skills—someone who builds connections and enjoys working with others to make deals happen.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for both achieving revenue goals and cutting-edge genomic solutions.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team to meet objectives.

• To execute cleaning processes in regulated area as per client Standard Operating Procedures while strictly adhering to environmental health and safety guidelines.
• Perform daily housekeeping and cleaning of the regulated and non-regulated area such as walls, floors, doors, drains, windows, glassware, ceiling and other general surface areas as per client Standard Operating Procedures.
• Empty trash containers and maintain an adequate amount of Cleaner supplies.
• Removal of general and hazardous waste.
• Receive and distribute supplies into the production area as necessary.
• Complete entry in the client regulated cleaning logbook and checklist as per client GDDP requirement whenperforming regulated cleaning.
• Report abnormalities immediately to Cleaning Supervisor when performing regulated cleaning.
• Complete training assigned in client and e-Learning system timely.
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Participate in team continuous improvement.

Requirement:

• Good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
• Knowledge of basic chemical and biological safety procedures is preferable.
• Some Clean Room and cool/hot storage conditions experiences would be desirable.
• Must be comfortable with working in a GMP environment. The incumbent may require working in a cleanroom environment wearing special garments. Additionally, personal protective equipment must be worn due to safety requirements.
• May require immunization before performing work within the manufacturing area.
• This position requires shift, weekend and holiday work.
• Overtime may be required at times.
