Responsibilities:

• This role involves in the development and implementation of Environmental Risk Management Roadmap with minimal guidance. You will develop, maintain, and support the implementation of Responsible Financing checklist to manage client relationships. This includes providing training to our internal stakeholders on a regular and ongoing basis based on his or her subject matter expertise.
• You will develop and analyse heatmap of environmental risk exposures in terms of sector breakdown, exposures to carbon-related assets, exposures to higher transition risk sectors and exposure of our internal operations to physical risks and carbon footprint.
• You will introduce internal scoring on customer's environment risk elements (physical and transition risk factors). This includes introducing portfolio level risk metrics on count-based and exposure-based descriptors.
• As part of the wider Risk team, you will monitor, advise and support data governance matters while building effective working relationships. This includes setting up a data management framework and standards across the organisation and ensuring that policies and procedures remained aligned to the Company’s risk appetite, business and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree level with relevant academic studies in environmental management, ESG policy, climate change or sustainable development.
• At least 6 years in a corporate sustainability, ESG policy and compliance, ESG risk management or relevant discipline – with at least 2 years’ experience working in a sustainability or ESG role within the banking sector.
• Knowledge of sustainability, ESG risk management principles and practices.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability and ESG compliance programmes, policies and controls in the banking sector.

Job Purpose

A Derivatives Specialists within ICE Fixed Income & Data Services provides professional, detailed, customer-focused support to position ICE in providing pricing and analytics derivatives offerings to the buy side, sell side and other financial institutions within APAC. The MolyCop business currently has 12 manufacturing facilities located throughout Australasia, South and North America, Europe. The business supplies steel consumables, primarily grinding media to the Copper and Gold mineral processing sector. The business has revenues in excess of $1.4Billion and employs more than 1200 direct employees.

MolyCop’s raw material feedstock strategy incorporates a range of supply options including domestic sourcing, make own via our EAF steelmaking facilities located in Canada and importing ~800KT of bar and other traded products. The Singapore trading office is responsible for the sourcing and supply of our imported bar needs.

Role Purpose:

The goal of this position is to provide daily operational support to our Procurement Management team including Request for Quotations, purchase order placement, expediting, handling end to end LC application process, full set of shipping documents, tracking of orders and managing routine documentation for purchase orders in accordance to Molycop procurement policy, procedures, process and delegations of authority.

Role Accountabilities:

1. Procurement & Contract Support

· Full procurement cycle.

· RFQ against forecast and receipt of supplier proposals.

· Weeky RFQ update – Freight, material cost and etc.

· Manage order processing in Dynamics 365 - creating Coversheet, Purchase and Sales contract, load creation, goods receipt, delivery note confirmation and commercial invoice issuance.

· Coordinate pre-shipment inspection arrangements with the QA/QC team and suppliers.

2. Expediting and shipping documentation

· Upkeep cargo readiness and delivery status for all contracts.

· Advising suppliers on vessels ETA and co-ordinate inspections schedule with our QA/QC department.

· Reviewing details on Charter-Party Bill of Lading.

· Weekly reporting to internal stakeholders on ongoing/upcoming shipment.
