Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Participate in project implementation to ensure projects are delivered on time and compliant to security requirements.
Develop security documentations such as technical presentation slide, Design document, System Security Acceptance Test documents.
Review current security controls and recommend enhancements.

Roles & Responsibilities

IT Shared Services Support

• Provide end-user support for system functional, operational and technical basis; assist in troubleshooting, testing and maintenance.
• Manage timely updates, patching, system housekeeping, and backups.

• Minimum diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Proficient in MS Office Full Suite including NAV ERP and Office 365, Windows server setting up, MySQL, IT Domain knowledge.

• Prior project experience related to IOT tools on F&B Manufacturing & Distribution would be advantageous.

What will you do as an IT Service Management (ITSM) Engineer?

• Support IT Service Management operations, project and enhancement initiatives
• Develop service requests in ITSM platform
• Provide support in implementation of IT service management activities which may include the following areas:Analysis of service requests and enhancement the catalogue items
  User requirement gathering and solution design
  Build or enhance service requests in ITSM platform
  ITSM setup and configuration that adhere to the current ITSM process
  ITSM platform patching, upgrade, and maintenance works
  Work with Automation/Orchestration team to integrate with catalogs, approvals, and workflows
  Maintain and develop technical documentation and standard operational procedures
  Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures

What makes you a successful candidate?

• Experience with ITSM platform architecture on BMC Helix, or other ITSM platform such as Service Now, Atlassian JIRA Service Management, Freshworks, etc
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python for use in automation
• Experience in technology delivery – preferably with some experience of delivering in automation and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, with the ability to identify and address complex engineering challenges
