Your key responsibilities

• Conduct RA compliance reviews of dsm-firmenich’s products, proactive monitoring of changes in regulatory environment along with impact analysis and ensuring these activities are updated in the RA compliance database in a timely manner.
• Responsible to address customer enquiries according to timelines specified in the Service Level Agreement.
• Manage dossier preparation ingredient/ product approvals in collaboration with Global or Regional Regulatory Affairs, Regional Business, Project Management, R&D functions, consultants etc. based on company strategy.

• Drive prime mover trucks to transport shipping containers from container ships to designated locations within the PSA Pasir Panjang terminal

Key Responsibilities:

• Reward Program Creation: Develop and execute a customer reward program aimed at boosting customer retention, loyalty, and repeat purchases. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and drive engagement.
• Product Listings Management: Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings on the company website and third-party B2B platforms. Ensure that all listings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with SEO best practices.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement B2B digital marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our furniture solutions to businesses in industries like corporate offices, hospitality, and commercial spaces.

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for blogs, product pages, email newsletters, and social media to educate and engage B2B customers.

Qualifications:

• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEM platforms to track and report on digital campaign performance.
• Ability to generate insights from data and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Experience with content creation, social media marketing, and product listing optimization on e-commerce or B2B platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and clear reports.
