• Identify and analyze technology trends and emerging issues that could impact infrastructure service delivery, and proactively recommend alternative solutions or corrective actions when necessary.
• Design, plan, and implement hybrid cloud infrastructure, integrating operational and security tools to meet both operational and security requirements.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance optimization for infrastructure, introducing improvements and enhancements to existing systems and processes.
• Develop infrastructure architecture blueprints and roadmaps, planning the integration of new systems into the existing infrastructure.

• Hands-on technical expertise for proof-of-concept setups and the eventual integration and deployment of new technologies.
• Manage infrastructure upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and replacements of components or tools reaching end-of-life (EOL) or end-of-service (EOS).

Requirements:

• A relevant university degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience in infrastructure management.
• 8+ years of experience as an infrastructure architect and/or technical lead, involved in solution development and infrastructure design and deployment.
• 4+ years of experience leading IT infrastructure projects with contract values of at least S$5 million.
• Deep knowledge of operational and security frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ISO27001) and best practices.
• Expertise in a variety of technologies, including cloud, network, compute, storage, container management platforms, security tools, observability platforms, automation tools, and cloud computing models and services.
• Solid technical experience in one or more of the following:Linux/Windows operating system administration
  Security, automation, and operational tools for systems, platforms, and databases
  VMware, public cloud administration, and containerization
  ITSM and monitoring tools
• Strong understanding of IT services, processes, and governance.
