We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Executive to support the regional business operations. The incumbent will be working alongside with the various members in the IT Department to provide all aspects of helpdesk support to BELFOR (Asia) at HQ level and all regional offices.

Actively agile and operational, the person shall come with practical hands-on experiences accompanied with good academical background knowledge in various aspects of information technologies (i.e., including infrastructures, network, security, hardware and software, etc): -

Key responsibilities: -

• Ensure BELFOR (Asia) IT infrastructure is robust and at performing at optimal operational level with minimum downtime
